That segment is worth it just for the theme tune....I was having trouble forming a mental picture as to what Melissa was meaning but it became clear with the demo.....ever considered a job on a shopping channel Dave? - you're a natural.

alright Dr. dave... pretty funny, 'cept i think the trachea acutally starts a lil lower then your hands were placed... haha... the intro for dr. dave had me laughing my ars off.. but am damn glad nurses where scrubs these dayz and not starchy white dresses and stockings- more for the mobility factor- i was elle driver from kill bill (nurse mode) and went to work in costume, and my issue wasn't with the blonde wig... tis physical work- doing a slide board transfer in that at 5'2... um don't really want my pateints to see my ass... anywho, funny!

also just thought of patients i took care of with a fake trachea just to breathe- one in particular- the pt has respitory MRSA- due to many hospital visits- probably caught it nosicomial- mask, gown, glove, before entering the room, the pt is there due to getting loaded and playing russian roulette- bullet in the head- there for life-- vegetable for life- lets educate peeps' 'eh... drugs are bad...
