Camp Freddy At The Roxy

(Photo: Wendybird) Thursday night was the first night of Camp Freddy's residency at The Roxy. We had a spectacular night and there are four more shows coming up! The Roxy was packed solid with first timers, old timers and of course some of our friends here at 6767. We had an incredible set list and guest list:
Cheap Trick- 'Hello Ladies and Gentleman'
Blur-'Song 2'
Killing Joke-'Eighties' w/Mark McGrath (Sugar Ray)
Oasis-'Rock ‘n’ Roll Star' w/Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme)
Led Zeppelin-'Good Times Bad Times' with Poe, Bettencourt
Adam Ant-'Ant Music' w/Steven Perkins (Jane’s Addiction)
David Bowie-'Suffragette City' w/Warren DeMartini (Ratt)
Ratt-'Round and Round' w/DeMartini, McGrath
Thin Lizzy-'Jailbreak' w/Jerry Cantrell (Alice in Chains), McGrath
Sex Pistols-'EMI' w/Steve Jones, Paul Cook (Sex Pistols), McGrath
Motörhead-'Ace of Spades' w/Lemmy Kilmister (Motörhead)
Eddie Cochran-'Something Else' w/Kilmister, Jones, Corey Parks (Nashville Pussy, Die Hunns)
The Stooges-'I Wanna Be Your Dog' w/Kilmister, Parks, Jones, Bettencourt, McGrath
The highlight for me, of course, was performing E.M.I. with two original Sex Pistols. What better way to say FUCK YOU to E.M.I.? Today, of course Billy and I will be doing another Camp Freddy Radio on Indie 103.1FM ( click for live stream) between 6-8pm PST. I'm sure we will have more of the colorful details to discuss. If you missed last week's show, here it is!
Here is last night's show! Thanx Chase!

Look forwards to that update, happy to hear it was as to be expected and that you had a great time, sweet dreams! :)
Also, I'm not quite getting the crush on the 'fiesty female' re the judge but then again whenever I issue rants on my myspace blog some people love it, what is it with guys?? I always thought that kinda behaviour was supposed to scare them off, nowadays they see "challenge" instead!! Hmmm, maybe it's the basque, boots and whip that goes with it lol.. I so need to get out more... Clearly! AND IT IS FRIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY. Yay.
Have a sexy weekend DN and all.
Kisses and love,

Re: Judge Milian, I guess I can see it. I think I recall you always mentioning how you'd love to be someone's "man toy," whether it's that bored housewive, the "tennis mom," or perhaps a judge. A strong independent woman who'll have you in check mentally/psychologically... and well she did ripped that guy a new asshole so yeah. I guess that was just another case of "When Keepin' It Real Goes Wrong," because he thought he was keeping it real but he found out that Judge Milian kept it realer.... he was ALL WRONG! Gavels, I bet they hurt really bad :p.
Aww... sleepy Dave, well I hope you do get your beauty rest ^_^ and I'll be checking in later for the 411.
Much Love,
-Kirsten

That is an excellent photo!! Any more?
That looked like Lemmy from Motorhead up front? Didn't realise he was still alive! I think he's lived a life that would kill most people...not a huge fan but I have admit to having the hoary old favourite "Ace of Spades" on the iPod.
I'm extremely jealous of all you guys who can get to the CFR gigs - I would've gone to them all if I was there.

Davisms!
"nothing tastes as good as being thin feels"
This has been on my kitchen cupboards for weeks now.
I have a posh frock to wear to a posh wedding.
Davism 1 has stopped me reaching for dessert many a time!
Everybody who sees it agrees - that is SO true!!!
I'm thinking bumper stickers, fridge magnets, wristbands. . . .

Excellent, excellent photos...makes me realise, again, how depressingly crap mine really are.
Unfortunately for me, many things taste a lot better than feeling thin, chocolate, cheese, fish and chips (a British thing), lasagne, ice cream, full fat milk, etc. etc. the list is long.
Have a great weekend.............................SB

Caught the myspace pet rant - as I said to Vixen a while back - total bollocks.... and I am not jealous because nobody wants me as a pet! It would be handy if there was an option similar to 'mark as safe/unsafe', 'block' etc. which read "Are you fucking kidding me with this shit?" - a great answer for any time you got bought. I am curious though, how much do pets go for????

"Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels..." Sounds like a one-way ticket back to eating disorder hell for me. I've lost a lot of weight recently and know full well that I walk the line between healthy and unhealthy way of doing it. As long as i don't step off the line...it will all be ok.
Sarah...What's your MySpace addy? Email it to me. I also owe you an email update. I'm back together with R. **Does happy dance**
Take Care, Dave...

There is a block option, Sarah...I sent this to Dave earlier. Just go to Account Settings on your home page and then select Applications. From there you can block all that from filling up your inbox with unwanted comments. I knew the rant would be coming...I've been slammed with my mere 100 something friends...can't imagine having the amount of that shit Dave must've received. Ridiculous!!
