Just got back from Atlantis in the Bahamas and had a really amazing time. Atlantis is a very family oriented resort but they also have a beautiful annex hotel called The Cove which is a lot more adult friendly and exclusive. They give you the choice I guess... We chose The Cove! Sure, we wandered over to Atlantis to take part in the water slides and lazy river and dolphin experience, but at the end of the day, we spent most of our time at The Cove's pool, Cain, where they have super crazy ultra modern cabanas and amazing food. It was Sunday all week for me there! I hosted a party at the resort's nightclub called Aura. The space is huge and beautifully designed and has a rocking sound system. It's almost hard to believe that there is such a nightlife scene like that in the middle of the Atlantic. If you ever get a chance, you got to hit up this place.

Yes, that is an excellent photo on myspace - not just a good one of you two, but to get the dolphin arching overhead!
Never swam with dolphins, but have been on a boat in the ocean with them leaping around a few feet away from me. Swam with sea lions in the Galapagos this summer - amazing!! They get right in your face, loop around you and don't get bored quickly. That's worth doing if you get the chance. I preferred the ocean interaction as you know the animals chose to play rather than them having nowhere else to go. Glad to hear you had a good time!!
Take care everyone............................SB
PS. Came up for air did we Nicole??!! (confusing now with Dave's Nicole and 6767's Nicole!!)

awww!!cetaceans rock!!!atlantis...there was one in W.A. for a while they closed it due to new legislations about cetaceans in captivity we still have seaworld nara resort in the gold coast i think they're cool a lil bit artificial but so are nightclubs and electric guitars...dolphins have a lot of purity and integrity

Welcome back Papi! Glad you had fun with your lady- looks like you had an AMAZING time! Good on ya:)
NOW- you are competing with SUrvivor(eek) for my Thursday night 7pm slot. Although...... being as I am a HUGE George Lynch fan,I might have to miss my third installment of Survivor. The show will be over before I catch it:(
I am partial towards George because I met him in 1985 at a meet n greet. They were opening for KISS. Very nice and very cute!!;) So, you and him were my numero uno guitarists to meet.
Have a good show tomorrow, I am gonna IM you and say, How was your day? Maybe a question for George. Buenos noches, Db

Great to see you're back - I also love the dolphin pic avatar at myspace too, it's a good shot with the dolphin's star quality sense of timing :)) And you both look so cute! Glad you had an amazing time away! PLEASE can you put one of the sessions with Skribble out to podcast onetime - inbetween your incredibly brilliant and busy schedule? Looking forwards to the show and working out how to I/M. xoxox

you never seem to go on holiday, from what I read on your blog, so it is nice you seemed to have a break. Also I am sure travelling to openings and to host events is a lot more fun when you have your girl with you.
That picture is amazing. That is a set up surely....or the Dolphins..were so inspired by yours and Nicole's beauty they did a choreographed leap....they are very spiritual creatures....
I am not into porn films they make me go to sleep, but I do think your one at least has tasteful cover. Like the blue colours.

After trawling through myspace, it appears Dave's Nicole has just had a birthday!! Happy Birthday for whenever it was!........it was my husband's on Tuesday. He didn't get to go to the Bahamas but he did get a 3 week trip to Ecuador in the summer paid for by me so I think I'm up on presents for a while!
Aaahhh poor TheNicoleThat'sNotKissingDave, that sounds so forlorn! It's a bit long to type and it has 'snot' in it so maybe not the best name change....DaveFreeNicole? DavelessNicole? NavarrolessNicole? DaveDoesn'tKnowWhatHe'sMissingNicole? mmmmmm...the possibilities are endless.... I'm sure our dialogue is hugely fascinating to all the other readers.....we should open our own blog!
Still on holiday so hoping to stay up until 1am for SE, may even think up a question.....but will probably stumble at the IM hurdle.... Got a new internet provider this week and the old SEs play..but now they take more time buffering than playing. I think ManiaTV hates me!!
Have fun......................................SB

Hi - Welcome back. Glad to hear that you had a nice time in the Bahamas and have a plate full of excitement. Sounds like a nice combo of work and pleasure.
I haven't seen the MySpace pic that everyone's raving about yet, but I trust that it's beautiful. Will check it out from home when I can. I haven't been on the 'net too much these days (outside of work, where I kinda have no choice) as I'm engrossed in a new hobby that consumes what little bit of free time I have. (A hobby inspired in part by you and your talented past/present musical comrades. Many thanks!)
Speaking of, that's a hot pic of you and Skribble! It's def. a cool idea to take fun, hip-hoppy tracks provided by a DJ and combine it with an actual musician playing a musical instrument. (Esp. so those clubhoppers can see where all those samples actually originated!)
And have fun doing SE today. I gather that with Tera there you're going to be discussing and showing some clips of Broken? (What can be shown, at least.) I'm certainly curious, although I can guess the basic plotline... lol. Then again, we can always count on you to put your own unique spin on everything you do.
I keep getting interrupted, so I better wrap this up. Have a great day, all!
Peace,

Sarah-B...at least we amuse ourselves...
I think I'll change the name for every new entry. THAT should be sufficiently annoying.

and my grammatical ocd can't get past the misplacement of commas in the date on the broken ad, and the fact that it really ISN'T the first US appearance, is it?
In other news, I just want to publicly thank my fav, Brett, the original Panic Stud, for always being there, even when I'm not. I love you. And that goes for you too, sweet D-NAV, cause if it wasn't for you, I never would have met him.

The opening split second shot of the photo shoot clip??? An oversight perhaps....everything else was blurred out?
Another good show...again I knew nothing about the guests, well, only minimal info. I wish I could watch it live every week.....
The 'dolphins in nets' photo additions were depressing. I don't know whether you genuinely hadn't seen the photo montage prior to the show, but that would have pissed me off as well - tarnishing a happy memory.
SB
......go for it Nicole, hopefully not annoying enough for Dave to boot us off 6767! How are you getting on with the Broken review, I wouldn't want your sacrifice to go to waste?! I'm going to have to check out the European version to see what the cover looks like......
