Dude, do you ever come to the not-so-cool places like Indianapolis? I'd definitely take some time to come hang with you at one of your parties if you threw some kind of midwest cornfield bash or something.
I hate living in flyover country. Why do we always get ignored?

What with all Hallows Eve being witches ghost and ghouls and fun and evil spirits, if Buffy is to be believed all the real demons stay home that night... But:
The whole religion scene - do you believe there is a god or do you feel more strongly about alternative or spiritual religions?
You have an amazing cross inked on your arm - guess I will have to go into backposts again for this one and see if I can find a clue. I can still remember seeing that photo of you with the candles on the floor - pentagram - but never knew the context of the pic.
Rambling question here sorry but I am truly curious. Anton LaVey - been reading that and Nietzsche (the unspellable) so rights of the individual has been filling my mind lately - and I've already got a religion I was born into.
Ahem, off now, happy weekend one and all. xoxox

Hope you have/had a good weekend.... A possible question -
A few weeks ago on CFR you read out a letter from someone claiming to be a serial killer (of paedophiles I believe), would you/have you ever replied to such an extreme fan letter?
I'm glad to hear you are going down the 'green' route with your new hybrid car. A friend of mine recently got a Lexus hybrid demo car for a weekend, a soft-roader - not sure what the American equivalent is. A car you can drive down a farm track with and not trash the underneath, but not one you can drive through rivers and over cliffs with. Anyway... my husband had fun driving it around the farm - the only chance he'll ever get to drive a Lexus - but it freaked both him and my friend out when the engine cut and went to battery power - difficult to tell whether it's stalled or still running. I'm not entirely convinced they are as green as they claim, isn't more petrol than usual used to charge the battery up??? A step in the right direction, but none of us were impressed with what Lexus were offering for the extortionate price tag. Unfortunately, the idiot streak came out when we discovered it had a reversing camera, everybody had to go stick their face up close to the camera to get their faces on TV.......yes, as I said IDIOTS!! and we are all over 40....
Missed SE last night because I had to get up at some ridiculous hour to go to a last minute meeting on my day off - couldn't justify staying up until 2am. Went shopping after the meeting and had the slightly disturbing experience of being rung by my immediate boss about staffing levels and sickness absence as I was standing half naked in a changing room whilst trying on some slinky underwear - might not tell him that anecdote for a while yet, if at all....thank God it wasn't a video phone!!
That's it, spouted enough rubbish, have a good weekend everyone.....................SB

Hi every1,
The Pistols blew me away last night! It still hasn't sunk in that I actually witnessed it, in the front row, no less. Happy Weekend Dave and co.!

Hi Dave – ok, so I walked into a Pottery Barn last weekend and as I was browsing around it donned on me that the “muzak” playing above my head was very familiar. It was Jane’s Addiction. At first, I didn’t know whether to be horrified – considering that my once beloved alternative and cool music was now “muzak” playing in Pottery Barn OR somehow pleased because it gave me something interesting to listen to as I shopped around for useless things. And then I thought, what would Dave think…but what is even better is that I actually have a way to ask you.
So who knows - maybe some evil marketing genius determined that your music actually entices unsuspecting consumers to buy useless wares or maybe that same person just likes your music. In any event, thank you for the enjoyable shopping experience and you owe me $40 for a pillow that I bought and didn’t need. : )
Hope you are having a nice weekend!

Hi!
I don't have a question as much as a request...
I wonder if you could post a small tab of the few chords you use, as in the song "Wrong Girl" and other a bit funky, a bit "rocky" (heh heh) songs. Or, where could I get my hands on things like that? Is there a book with songs that you play and have played?
Seems I had a question here anyway...
Thanks for your time, have a good day! :)

In The Road Less Traveled Dr. Peck offers a definition of love as being "The will to extend one's self for the purpose of nurturing one's own or another's personal growth." Love is not "Falling in love" ("Falling in love" is a feeling.)
Do you agree with this definition? How would you define love?

Hope AC was fun!
S10:
What happened with SRL, one minute we are getting goodbye messages and the next its in full effect...Just another day in the life of Dave Navarro? :)
Hope the Halloween SE was fun, I had to go meet the 2 hottest doctors on tv (mcnamara/troy of course) over at Hollywood & Highland. Good times! They did a press line and everything I was thinking it would've made a great "man on the street" segment.
And I can't get on the Asylum either, Angel. Hopefully it's not down for good!

Hey Dave.
I want to be on your show. I was on a reality TV show and won. It was called Kept. It was on VH1. Jerry Hall (Mick Jagger's ex-wife)
I won the whole thing.
I now work in Reality TV. I just thought maybe would could sit and talk shop about the whole reality craze. I've worked on a bunch of show for MTV, VH1, Spike, Showtime.
Just an idea. I'm sure you have better guest than me available.
I'm a smart and sporty guy with a ton of insight on reality TV.
Hope to hear back from you.
All the Best
Seth

I don't believe you have a tattoo done by Kat VonD. One of her b&w portraits would look phenomenal on you. As your mind is always percolating... who's portrait would you get... personal, historic, religious?
