A Few Questions
1. I'd love to hear your comments on the VH reunion. Are you going? What do you think about Michael Anthony being replaced with Wolfgang?
I am normally not all that interested in seeing live shows as odd as that sounds. Being a player myself, it can end up feeling as though I am starving and the restaurant I am in isn't serving food anymore. Meaning I'd rather play than watch people play. That aside, I am so all about going to see VH!!!! As for the Michael Anthony thing... It does suck that after finally getting it together with Dave, it won't be the original line up, but I have obviously been down that road before in my own bands. If it isn't going to be OG, then what better way to do it than to have Wolfgang. How awesome is that for him? Plus, the band is all family... 3 VHs and a Roth... Totally into it.
2. I wonder if you could post a small tab of the few chords you use, as in the song "Wrong Girl"?
Sorry I don't have those tabs and don't know where to get them. Honestly, I have never even looked at tabs so I don't know how to write them out or how to even read them.
3. Who was your favorite character on West Wing and why?
Interesting. As much as I love Aaron Sorkin and everything he does, it is hard to find a favorite character of his because he basically writes them all the same. Every character he creates is quick with the wit, intellectual, funny, sarcastic, sharp, a master of language and history... I'm sure you know what I mean. I guess on WW I enjoyed the Josh Lyman story lines the most but that is only because I am a big fan of Bradley Whitford as an actor.
4. A few weeks ago on CFR you read out a letter from someone claiming to be a serial killer, would you/have you ever replied to such an extreme fan letter?
No, but the truth is that I have a hard time responding to mail anyway. I use the Internet as the main means of communication when it comes to responding to people. I have no idea how legitimate that letter was. Would I respond to a serial killer online? No. As much as I find the psychology of these people fascinating, I am in no way interested in establishing a dialogue with them. That's just a little too close to home.
5. In The Road Less Traveled Dr. Peck offers a definition of love as being "The will to extend one's self for the purpose of nurturing one's own or another's personal growth. " Love is not "Falling in love" ("Falling in love" is a feeling.) Do you agree with this definition? How would you define love?
Blah blah blah... Dr. Peck can eat a dick! HAHA... J/K... I agree with the first statement but I also think you CAN "fall in love". As for a definition? I don't define love as it is different for everybody and every time it happens. I spend less time on the defining and stay in the experience provided it feels good and productive to the personal growth of both parties.

Ha, DN every time you answer a set of Q's you're just so damned kick ass! Wicked answers.
Have a great week.
Falling in love - yeah, I'll agree.
I'm learning bass and all I have to say is wish there was a quick way to mainline it and if the Matrix were true - with Neo absorbing those programmes... Hook me in.
What's the first track you learnt to play music wise?

Thanks Dave for answering the fan letter question, I can appreciate the curiosity with such a person, but also the wish not to validate or become involved with them by communicating further.
Who's Dr Peck? (Am I showing my ignorance here?) I think he's missed the point of love if he's had to define it - more feeling and less thinking!
Take care everyone...............................SB

Thanks for answering about the chors or tabs. So I guess you play by the ear or something. It's really cool. I've been learning the guitar for about two years now (I started a bit late, but it's never too late though), and sometimes I feel like I'm stuck, as in I don't know how I could play with just a bit more variation. It's the technical skills I need to work on, among other things. But that's not very interesting, so I'll stop now and go to sleep.
Take care! :)

Totally agree with you on the love thing. Some ppl just have to analyze everything to death and THAT sucks.
Hope you are doing well, and what's up for Halloween?
Love
me XOXO (Who read Angel's comment about Devil's Night and now want's to go watch The Crow.)

Here I am to thank you Dave for answering my question on love, and the man of my dreams (Barry Manilow) is singing "Mandy" in the background. Actually I can't stand Barry, but I'm watching the results for Dancing With The Stars, and unfortunately I can't find my remote to mute him!!! HaHa
