This is a really good one, I dug seeing when it first "aired" too. I actually think Todd is bad ass at making these things!

Tattoos hard core? Wow, that must make me cool or something! Lin, got my first 4 weeks ago, yet to be finished, 2 hours the first time, 3 hours the next. The fuss and anticipation is much worse than the reality, some temporary pain, but it always stops. It helps if you go to an experienced tattoo artist with a good reputation also. The worst part is when it itches like a bitch a week later, they don't tell you that part!! And you can't scratch it cos you'll damage the design. The most hard core thing about a tattoo, I think, is that it's permanent, even if it's lasered off there's a scar.........SB

tatts aren't hardcore unless you have an extremely low pain threshold but that matt zane was hardcore getting hooks in his flesh i find that unbelievable and totally implausible ...maybe it was all smoke and mirrors not real hooks... maoris however in new zealand have their faces inked all over which looks quite painful...tatts are a surface wound...ink being injected below the outermost epidermal layers therefore permanent and that is why they itch as the skin heals and also one wonders if you got a large amount of ink pushed under your skin if it would be absorbed into the bloodstream and be slightly toxic and carcinogenic...not more so than travelling a highway in los angeles with carbon monoxide emmissions i suppose...but the designs are cute these days the graphics are getting more technically brilliant was wondering about dave's cow/bull whatever it is and the snake entwining tatt...looks like it has some mystical significance dave being such a mystical guy and all...the serpent and the sacred cow...mmmm...hindu times...it looks like a python...an anaconda perhaps...oh no that's right the anaconda is in his pants not on his arm...dave has a really strange variety of subjects that aren't really cohesive all over his body it's like an animal farm actually...a wild jungle;)a zoo ...a tattoed circus even haha can i come play with your lil animals dave navarro

Loved that piece, and looking forward to watching tonight's show. Although, what I'm really excited about, is the mere 2 weeks I have left till I'm finally living in LA! Then you know I'll be making a weekly visit to the Dragonfly. :D Jezebel, Sweets, Linda and all the rest of you SoCal family...I can't wait to meet you all!
