Dallas/Pink's Part 1

Last night's Spread Entertainment was a lot of fun. Brigette Nielson was certainly a handful, but I wouldn't want it any other way. What an interesting lady. Half the time I had no idea what she was talking about but damn she was a fun guest! Wendy Fonarow had a lot of really interesting insights regarding the Indie scene and the concert going experience. I will definitely get her back on again soon as we still have so much to discuss. Episode 5 should be up over at ManiaTV.com by Monday so if you missed it you can for sure check it out then. Next week, we have a more alternative line up. We finally have our favorite tattoo artist Mark Mahoney in the studio as well as Murrugun the Mystic... A sword swallower and performance artist that will blow your mind. Also, we will finally talk to Jila the fire dancer and get to know her a little better in person. Mark will be tattooing Todd live in the studio as we hear from Jila and Murrugun and then chat with us as well. Well, I am off to Dallas Texas for the night but I'll be back tomorrow... Enjoy your weekend and I will be able to get to a Sunday 10 when I return. In the meantime, here is Part 1 of the Pink's piece we ran on last night's show:

Great video Dave...I always enjoys all of your interviews with random people. I was sitting here at work cracking up at some of your interviewee's, especially the drunk girls and your nine in Mexican hotdog comment...haha.

Pink is kewl... but not as kewl as u boss.

I have to say....I'm not sure if it was because it was on video or what but there was absolutely nothing appealing about those hotdogs.
But you ask Todd because he's "east coast" but NOTHING compares to Nathans in Coney Island! NOTHING!

Have fun in Dallas even if they are having shitty weather.

Does Pink's deliver the 9" Mexican special?
I'd like to get me some.

Would you tattooing a other person?

Posted by: Somi [TypeKey Profile Page] at June 15, 2007 01:59 PM

Good socks by the way!

9 inches? Isn't that what the usual 6 inches gets mistaken for? Are there snouts, teeth and tails in that one too? (I was going to go further with the ingredients of this but then I decided I'd better not.....)

I used to freak out my work colleague when he got his morning roll and sausage by quoting a line from the film Switchblade said by Billy Bob Thornton's character "Lips, hooves and peckers". I can't imagine why he resigned and moved 400 miles away from me.......

Have a great weekend everyone.........SB

It's the Big D going to the "BIG D" have fun on your sushi belated bday:)

Frank, I would say Luca,Todd's son,has made a big impact on Dave's life. It would be an honor to be a tat on Dave's body!!

Here is a news article I came across.

I love hotdogs.

If brains were dynamite.......I meant Slingblade, not Switchblade.

A silly Sunday 10 question?
Would you appear in a CSI episode if asked, which one would you prefer to be in?

I think the Luca tattoo is a sweet thing to do, it shows consideration for someone other than yourself.

Hope Dallas was fun, is it possible for Dave Navarro not to have fun?

SB

PS - I hope whatever you nearly hit with the car on the way to film Pinks recovered from the shock!

That was quite possibly the most brilliant clip I've ever seen! Funny as hell!

Spreading the love,

Happy weekend every1! peace,clk.

The Pinks vidclip was soooo hilarious.
And wow, that has to be the longest freaking line up at a hotdog stand that I've ever seen. I can't believe that someone would stand in line for up to 1 1/2 hours for a hotdog. That's just nutz!

Awesome work Dave. And you're really hawt too!
Can't wait to see Pinks PartII.

Dave, your show is so damn entertaining! Keep up the good stuff~ Yeah, so I did approve Satellite Party @ myspace but the coolest 1 thus far to approve wasn't him, it was the Iraq Veteran's memorial. peace.

That's what I love about you Dave, even being the rockstar that you are, you can still relate to us "common" folk! Great video!

Being that it's Father's Day tomorrow I thought I'd throw out a few appropriately themed questions :)

~What is the single most important contribution you can think of that your father has made to the man you are today?

~What are you doing w/ your dad for Fathers Day?

Hope you did it up proper in Dallas! Lots of love, Amber :)
