I was surprised that Phil was axed before Zayra, but after your explanation it was much clearer. I still can't wait for the HATCHET-MAN to bring that blade down on her.

NOELL--he gave an impromptu SRL last week (or the week before). he doesn't always announce them right away...do you have the aol AIM toolbar? i don't have aol, but i downloaded the toolbar for IMs for free. then you can add spreadradiolive as your buddy and any time that dave is broadcasting it will show up as available. this has been the easiest way for me because he does just decide every now and then to broadcast. the shows are great and he is so great. i have even gotten a few IM's back from him. if that is not possible for you then you will probably just have to try to catch him when you can. hope that helps a little!

I was on the MSN blog last night and couldn't believe what I was reading.

I didn't think Phil would be a good fit for Supernova from the start. He was out for himself and as he put it he wanted to win. He never said anything about wanting to sing with Gilby, Jason or Tommy Lee.

As for Zayra, I don't think she is a fit either but I have a feeling she will be gone shortly. Also, her outfit on Wednesday show was pretty bad. She reminded me of the lady that was evil in one of the Superman movies. She was part of the trio that was evil. I just don't think her look (outfit wise) is going to fit with Supernova.

I am loving the show. I didn't see it last year so I cannot compare it. I am also looking forward to the new album coming out and hoping your tour will stop in Columbus Ohio.

Just remember be true to yourself and don't listen to all the drama that is going on. It is pointless.

Sorry moon, was reading your comment about amber(embarassed) but hugz anyways! DN<you KNOW I would do anything to get your video on the Top 20. Like I said, my son and I watch it all the time. Jezzi, I've been posting threads at the VH1 message boards. I was surprised to see you responded. I was going to go there earlier, but I forgot. I didn't realize that they weren't a wildcard choice anymore. I post as destinyredefined. I just started a couple of new threads. You're right, if you change the wording they post at the top, and I just got two posted. They sent me an e-mail showing you responded to my thread. I don't know if you noticed, but at the bottom of the voting form there's a scroll by that advertises the latest threads. There's three on there right now for TPC, two are mine and 1 is Gregs. Just some thoughts on Patrice.

Up until Iron Lung she seemed to do the same old thing (better than most of them still). Then when she dropped into the bottom 3 she let it pretty much rip with Iron Lung.

Now if they can make it shine on an elimination performance, why not beforehand?

Cool that elim nights the contestants rock out better! Being able to pick their own song might make a diff.

That whole concept is hard for me to grasp; being able to practice your "if I hit bottom 3" song. Also,that must make it more difficult for repeat offenders- to have to come up with covering two songs a week. Maybe that's why Zayra repeated that song a few weeks ago and was chastized for not doing her homework.
Speaking of Zayra, not only do I enjoy watching her bits (hey, I know Jill has fans but I cringe when she comes on) I also LOVE Zayra's smart remarks..just so self confident and total flirt..LIke when you called her on her outfit, Dave, and she said "I got it from your wardrobe..." Hahahaha that was sooo funny. Hmmm..I bet you would look hot in electric blue, too...*big Grins* Have a blast..

Dave, I love the show. But this year's crop of singers is just not up to the task. Some, (most?) are really weak and inappropriate. Last year was awesome, this year looks more like American Idol.

I suggest you pick up the tempo by inviting Chris Robinson, Tina Turner, David Lee Roth, Robert Plant etc, to the audition. OK, I'm an old guy and don't know the new singers, find some real signers, known names.

Did you see the tribute to Freddy Mecurury? I always hated Gerorge Michael, but we he sang with Queen I thought this band is back! They totally rocked! If you didn't see it find it and imagine that is your show.

Think of your singer doing Remedy (it was so memorable I can't even remember who sang it), now think of Chris Robinson on that stage doing Remedy!!! Can you imagine Tina Turner and Tommy Lee together on stage? Now that would be hot!

Anyway, great show, weak season. Next year get Queen with real singers and you will have a monster hit.

I'm sure you know, but, the hook is music guys want to pick the winner, and hear great music. Idol was fun but amateurish, with INXS you could pick who would be sent home each week - and that makes it fun.

PS: The people who are obviosly there just to promot themselves weaken the show, alot, it's sad, get rid of them, and don't allow them next year. Too bad you can't get Marty back for this year, he'd probably win with Supernova. Sorry to go on but I really think you should bring in some better matches this year before people tune out, this band needs a singer with power.
