Q101-Panic Podcast 7 (Video iPod)

Tomorrow morning The Panic Channel will be appearing on the Man Cow morning show on Chicago's Q101 from 9:00am-10:30am. If I am able to capture the show, I will go ahead and make it available for Podcast. Later that night we play the Double Door and shoot straight off to Minneapolis. Turns out that Jordis lives there now so I am looking forward to catching up with her. While I have had a few days off here in Chicago, I have been able to crank out a few Spread Radio Live shows. They will be in rotation shortly. I might even turn it up again tonight, as I have seen EVERY movie on the Pay-Per-View system in this hotel. Last night I was sucked into having no option but to watch Final Destination 3.

From my room in Chicago.

Dave- I caught the replay of yesterday's SRL and the interactions with room service/house keeping were f'n hilarious. I particularly appreciated the initial room service call to order cereal- that woman was funny! Have a safe trip!

First!?!?

Hey...I'm a bit late in posting this but wanted to say that I really enjoyed the show in Atlantic City. So did my husband, who is a big Jane's Adiction fan and a fan of your solo work. He was sort of skeptical about going but that quickly changed, he really enjoyed it. You are all such great performers and make it all look so easy. I love Night One! Can't wait for the c.d.
Thanks for all you do. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

DAVE, Im betting you have seen Depp in 'The Ninth Gate' but it would make for a cool movie to watch on the bus, no?

Thanks Danni and Denise for your kind comments. Danni I'm sorry to hear about your cats. Memorial Day was the 2 year anniversry of my father's suicide, and last year I would never have believed that my son would be gone within 4 months.

Coming here allows me to shut out the pain and the sorrow, if only for a little while. I am still trying to hear Panic Podcast 5. I have tried a couple of download accelerators, but then I can't open the file. I feel left out when everyone's talking about how cool the podcast was. Well maybe this time it will work!

Much love to all the 6767 family, and of course to our leader Dave.

DAVE!

Looking forward to rocking out with you later tonight at DD. What sort of touristy things did you do while you were in Chi-town? Did you grab a slice of deep dish on Sunday? :-)

I was hoping to mark out with a SRL t-shirt today, but I'm a last minute thinker and they didn't have an overnight option. Oh well...

Dave,

In the asylum there is a picture of TPC necklace. Any change you will add it to Shop 13? Would love to buy one....

Always,
me

Gee, all of that build up on Mancow and they cut your feed and went
to a commerical after 15 seconds into your song.

Hey Dave, congrats on your touring, it sounds like it's all been really awesome. But then, what else can be expected when you have so much fun performing, huh? :p

I think it's cool that you want to look Jordis up while you're there. How did that go? I feel bad that I keep missing your random SRL shows. :( I seem to be out of the house at the worst times. But still, I'll listen to them in rotation.

Thanks for keeping us posted! It's great hearing what's going on with your tour and also, the PayPer View adventures of Dave Navarro. :p Hope you found something decent to watch. :p

Hi Sue,

I know you are here a lot, I've been having email problems again...so this is the best place to contact you.

I wanted to 'Thank You' for your condolences and kind words.

thanks again,

Ew, I just watched Final Destination 3. I bought it for 50 cents in China. I think it was worth about 65 cents...so I feel like I got a real bargain.

But I did have a nightmare about a roller coaster a few days later which was kind of a neat bonus.

Your post made me laugh, Amy. What a bargain!!!

Cool little snippet from your room, Dave.
Happy Humpday, family!!!!

I was finally able to listen to Podcast 5. You are so funny Dave. I loved the Disneyland bit. I always wanted to get off the Pirates ride and check out all the treasures. Actually I could see myself living down there, or some dark gothic castle!

Damnit!! Of course, Jack Bauer! I knew it with the first damnit, although Kiefer does yell much louder. I think it would be interesting to count just how many times he says damnit in each episode, must be at least 1000 times in 24 hours!

Thanks for reminding me that no matter how hard we try, we can't make anyone get clean and sober. I have to remember that when I start thinking if only. You sure do help lighten my darkest days. Thank you, love Linda

DAVE!

FANTASTIC show at Double Door...one of the highlights of my life. All of you are great musicians, and you're very gracious to share your time after the show to meet fans, chat, etc.

Thanks for signing my ticket. The one you signed was actually my wife's but she couldn't come at the last minute. I guess we'll have to share it now :-)

I might be moving (back) to Florida this year...if you guys are putting together a second leg for the fall or winter, Jannus Landing in St. Petersburg is a very cool little venue, very intimate like Double Door. It would so rock to see you guys again.

Have a great time in Minneappolis and throughout the rest of your tour. Can't wait to buy the rest of the recording on iTunes...

I am SO Bummed. I can't make it to the TPC concert here in Denver on June 3rd.

The Rocky Mountain Rollergirls (my team) have a bout that same night against the Arizona Roller Derby Team, and I have to be there. I hope maybe to catch you guys if you come back around again.

Bluebird theatre advice: When we were there for an event the backstage stairs are steep and scary with no handrail, so make sure you guys go slowly.

Have fun while your here,
Helena aka Carmen Togetcha

Wow, I just watched Mindfreak. He levitated, in broad daylight, from the top of one building to another. He is so hot, love the pair of handcuffs attached to his cross necklace! You might want to try that look Dave!

Oh..Just a quick note--I took my friend along who knows nothing about TPC (Knows who Dave is though)She hits up at least one concert a week! Well, she was in total awe with TPC..She said she really dug Steve and heck..she was even trying to peek up Perkins kilt ;)Seriusly though..She thought it was great how they are so inloved with the fans on such a level she has never seen before. She had a great time watching TPC perform! Heck, she was hooting and hollaring more than me!..haha
