The pink Daisy Rock guitars are actually really nice instruments! The silver and pink sparkle Stardust is on my wish list, but I dont think they make them anymore. I guess it doesnt matter anyway... my wife feels that the 7 guitars I have now is plenty.

Apparently I missed the whole Hello Kitty guitar conversation - but it's very cool (almost as cool as the white PRS). And I like the girlie liner notes idea. I say run with it.

Luckily I caught the beginning of last night's SRL, and I have to say that although the talk is always great, your music selections were really doing it for me. It hit the spot, as they say.

I gotta miss tonight's SRL, as I'll be taking a trip down memory lane with a bunch of my girls at a Depeche Mode show. So will Sue... (Hi Sue!). We're hoping to run into each other somehow. :)

I know you're a busy guy but I figured you might be able to do this so I'd ask you. I'm sending a guitar to Pete D (former Porno guitar player to sign) anyway after I get it back from him I was going to see if you'd be down for signing it.

What I'm planning on doing is getting all of my favorite guitar players to sign it, draw on it, do whatever and then displaying it in my home studio.

If you're down I will send it to Indie and I will pay all shipping costs.

I figured I would run it by you to see if its cool.

Giggin' with the Hello Kitty axe would be so Dave. Unfortunately, I missed SRL last night, but tonight I'm gonna be on point. Nice to see how the communal vibe that Jane's was so known for, is/has follwed over to CF, TPC & 67. It certainly help's that Dave, Steve I., Perky, and Billy Morrison are the most web accesable musician's of note. Definitely helps feed the community vibe...If the Core of CF get's their tat's, we need to come up with a special CF "fam" tattoo...any artist's worth their salt, ought to take a stab at a CF fan tat...who's in!?

Or even a 67 family tattoo would work, or both... so get to work artists!

the best way to have hello kitty...on dave's body. you know i think we all have this universal vibe going on...a lady came into my work with a hello kitty purse, i have been fighting the urge to buy it ever since. i usually do not do pink, but this purse was cute. i love that all the things from my childhood have come back for my child to play with.. thundercats, care bears, rainbow bright..now if they would just bring she-ra back! ha,ha.
