I have dinner parties all the time with my Cher, Madonna, Liza, and Judy Garland figurines! Sometimes Liza and Madonna fight and I don't like that! I say, "Liza, it's not her fault" and "Madonna, please forgive her, look at what she married". It's fun. Glad to see we have that in commom Dave!

Dude, I'm picking up on a note of sarcasm here. I mean, yea, we can joke around a bit, but not when it comes to my dinner parties. I take it pretty seriously. It's my life, really. Just don't let Liza hear you talking like that. She'll whip out a blacklist on that ass that even McCarthy would shiver over. (the dude from the 50s, not Jenny).
Sometimes we just sit and have tea and talk fashion. DANGEROUS fashion. But no, there's no mushrooms, Elvi, or any witches. Well, not unless you count...ok! that's enough of me for now.

I read Pamela's book back when it first came out. I loved it so much that I read it every few yrs. I used to find copies and give them to friends. I bet I have given over 25 copies of that book to friends. Wow, it would have been fun to hung out with her back then! Please tell Pamela THANK YOU from me! I'm gonna have to go buy a few more copies of the re-release cover and give them as Xmas gifts! She is my hero! :)

I remember reading Pamela's book when I was in high school, years ago. I ripped it off from a lady I used to babysit for. I took it to school (private high school) and all of my friends passed it around, and read bits and pieces, marked pages and highlighted the juicy parts. The book ended up having more handwritten words per page than printed text. It was especially popular in our Shakespeare class. God that was so much fun!!! Spiced up our pathetic sheltered lives-that's for sure. I am definately going to buy another copy.

Have spent all morning in bed thanks to bird flu and then spent the last hour cleaning egg poo soup out of my computer - thanks Lost Boy. And Dave, Lost Boy is telling tales - I didn't make the mess cos I was being good at the gym. He's trying to get himself out of trouble again - Jezi you were there, you can back me up. He just gets way too excited when you give him free rein to play - me thinks he needs to be grounded to teach him not to do it again. Or at the very least take away his flakes ;-)

I think we should gatecrash Lyn's dinner parties - I'd love to see Liza Minelli and Madonna in a food fight!

I'm totally hooked on Nip/Tuck now(thanks, Dave!) except I have to look away during the lipos and the rhinoplastys. They look so realistic!

Ever since I saw River's Edge (starring in her first role, Ione Skye Leitch, Donovan's sister- coincidentally)I've been extremely jealous of Dennis Hopper's wife Ellie from the movie. So, yea, call Dennis up and see if Ellie can come with yall. And the next dinner party will be the next LA TPC show, which will be on....?

dave, thanks for playing the nymphs on indie, that was really great. i look forward to inger being on the show and calling in for sure. hopefully people pick up that record and realize what a great album it is. they called it quits in '92 during a peter murphy tour. it's too bad the album came out like 2 years after it was supposed to, but perhaps the dope would've just destroyed them anyway even if it came out earlier.
