As all my family is overseas and it's just my sister and me here, we went hiking this morning and we're going to visit a friend in Venice Beach whose family is on the other side in New York City.
No meat for us though, we're all vegetarians. It's all about a big salad with candied walnuts, beans, cranberries, etc etc. Maybe some pasta as well. Can't forget the wine!

Off I go to wash the dye out of my hair.

This is how it went... Ashley Simpson, her father and her weirdo sister, after taking as many lyrics as they could, and handing them out/selling them for what they could get, crept into my house and completely fucked up my life. I was sleeping and Joe Simpson and Some ass named Ryan et themselves into my house, I am guessing they found the hidden key my dumbass father left outside. I woke up just in time to have a fucking syringe of bleach shoved into my chest, causeing me to convulse and almost fucking die. Someone came in after they were gone, I don't know who.

All I want to know is why the fuck someone tried to kill me??? I NEVER DID ANYTHING TO ANYONE. Sometime after that I remember waking up all groggy and fuzzy and completely doped up to people in my room, and some guy making me try and sign something saying I wouldn't sue him. I don't do drugs.I don't go around hurting people and I have no clue as to why they would do this.

I lost my memory for a long time, and I had a fucking nervous breakdown because of all this shit. To this day I still have chest pains. I flunked out of University because I couldn't remember shit even when I studied. All this happens and they get rich off of song lyrics I wrote and preying on innocent people?!! Thanks for fucking wrecking my entire life!!!!

Do you think it has been easy to hear all of my words, my poetry comming out in hit singles??!! I completely got fucked over by them and for what?? The fact that a 14 year old Ashley Simpson was fucking Dave Grohl and who knows else??Dude I don't care who Dave Grohl or Dave Navarro fucks, for real.

Considering I wrote are you happy now?, and almost all of 'Xtinas' last cd, I know you were involved, you might be sober you you have never made amends.
