CFR
1. I saw your name on Tommy Lee's 'Tommyland the Ride CD'. Which song(s) did you play on?
I know I played on two tracks, but when we did it, I didn't catch the song titles, so to be honest, I don't really know. I think that one of them is the theme to his TV show, Tommy Lee Goes to College. Tommy came by the studio when The Panic Channel was recoding with producer, Scott Humphrey and we just threw up the Tommy tracks. I layed down a few guitars and that was that.
OK. I am like 98% certain that there will be an all new Camp Freddy Radio tomorrow night on Indie 103.1 FM. 6-8pm, West Coast time. To listen in from other areas, click on the Indie link for a live webcast.
Tonight I take the remaining 8 singers from Rockstar out to the club!

Hi Dave:
This is not our lucky day: We only got one response to our postings? :-(
It's your fault for getting us used to the (10)!
Have fun tonight,
Sylviane

Hey Dave,
Have a blast tonight with the final 8. Perhaps this question has already been raised but who decides on the song selections? Is it INXS, the producers? I find it interesting that there is a lot of Nirvana that gets covered. I am sure there is is a method to how the show selects songs, can you offer up any insight?
Have a great day everyone!

Hey Claudinha:
Yep...I live in D.C. My dad had told in me 1997, when I came back from two years in Europe, that D.C. was not a good idea. Thinking it was were terrorists would strike first.
Must say I am disgusted with the current administration and may be I should go to Crawford too!
Instead, I am seriously thinking of moving back home, in the Caribbean.
But you do live in D.C. too, right?
My favorite city is BOSTON, that's my father's birth place, and being a Kennedy fan...!
A good weekend to you,
Sylviane

Dave, great website! I just found the site an hour ago and I immediately read all of July and August's posts. I just wanted to say that I watched RockStar with a friend expecting to hate it as much as American Idol, but I must say I was quite surprised: it is a great show and I am now hooked!
Also, since you are on a DVD boxed-set kick (I loved Band of Brothers, Monk, and WestWing), may I suggest you watch Firefly. It is a great show that unfortunately had only 14 episodes made before it was canceled… luckily, Joss Whedon was able to finish the storyline with a movie released by Universal Studios that comes out on September 30, 2005 called Serenity. The characters are great. Anyway, love the website. I plan to check back often. ~Shelley

Dave, question. I know about all the work Gummo (Brian Virtue) has done with TPC, and I know you worked with Scott Humphrey, and Howard Benson. Was there a fourth producer/mixer as well? I'm trying to rack my brain and can't remember. Can you give a quick rundown as to who mixed/recorded with what songs? Thanks!

Hey Dave, they were just promoting The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch. It said something about bringing in influential people. Your beautiful face was right there!

Hi Dave,
I got your book in the mail today. Man, was that fast. I knew it was something good in my mailbox, cause I was laying down and heard a big "bang" in my box. And of course it was the book. I just browsed through it quickly. I just read a few paragraphs about you getting drunk at a young age. That caught my attention.
I just looked at the pictures cause I seem to be having a weird eye/seeing issue today. I'm going to save your book for my "quit smoking journey". I'll start reading it on my first day of not smoking. :)

Lyn,
If memory serves me correctly, the other producer was Josh Abraham (Korn, Velvet Revolver).
