4th of July
Happy 4th of July! My wife went to a wedding and then flies from there to Toronto to finish her film, so today looks like a regular day. I'm gonna hit the gym and try to catch some kind of cable marathon. Rockstar: INXS episode 1 airs a week from today, but this week is a lot of prep work before we start up the live broadcasts. I recently shot this ad for BOSS. There is no other effect that I would ever look at so lovingly.

I just found this website - very cool!! I spent the weekend watching reruns of celebrity poker - i'd love to see you on again, dave.
Also regarding the comment about mary kate in a June post - i've had similar "issues" for 16 years - if you find it "interesting" i'd be more than happy to discuss them with you!!!
happy 4th and thanks for the website!

On this Independence Day, I wish freedom for everyone who currently feels "stuck". Whether it’s a job, relationship or mind-set... may you see the path of change, and have the courage to follow it.

Happy 4th!
Love to all,

I love the Boss dd-3 delay, which I know is kind of in every record you've made... It's just great in a tiny settings for everything... It gives space to guitar sound, without getting too messy... and I love the end of coffee shop... where you just turn the knobs and get this awesome sound of somebody smashing the amps... (without doing it). It's kind of cheaper that way... Love you!!!

Hello,
Same problem still with typepad?
Great ad, but can't wait to see RockStar! Even my sister, the one who doesn't know who you are, is going to watch it. I think it has something to do with sitting idle with you beside her at a stoplight at Rodeo Drive. You are the only celebrity she saw during her week trip.
Still jealous it wasn't me . . .
Have a great fourth!
Always,
me

Dave, you got the tone all wrong on Ritual. You know that, don't you.
Go put on NS or Appetite from Guns. There you go!

Dave!
I've always been curious about the Boss Blues Driver pedal...any advice/feedback?
Also, what in your professional opinion separates the DigiTech from the Boss (besides price)? Have you used the DigiTech pedals?

Dave
Ever try the Keeley modded Boss DS1? It was rec'd to me by Dave Weiner (solid backup guitar player in Steve Vai's band). I picked one up and the effect is amazing! Doesn't screw with your tone at all, just makes everything thicker.
Posted by: Travis at July 4, 2005 07:53 PM
Um, on second thought since you're on Boss's payroll you probably can't answer that question. Well, should you ever come across one we won't tell. *wink*

Hi all!
I´m with you, luckyspinster! But I thought it was like a new fragrance....haha. Well, one can not know everything. I hope all you americanos have had a great 4th of july! Here in Sweden we hardly even know what day to celebrate. Booooring....but not to complain...the summer is here, and the beaches are packed with people. Ahhh...lovely.
Dave! Have to ask you...three favourite songs from Prince?
Mine are:
Darling Nikki
Anotherloverholenyohead
I wish you heaven
Hard to choose, but I think those are the top three.
Love Emelie
