Bought a replacement for a Sigma DN1 acoustic I pawned almost a year ago. Picked up a Fender DG100 NAT. Plays really pretty, I still miss the old one but every nice acoustic has its positives. How is it a disgrace? It is his music, not yours or any of ours. This isn't just entertainment, you know. It is his fucking JOB. I'm sorry to burst any bubbles people may have but music is about as commercial a business as you can get.

We paid to buy the CD's (hell, cassettes for me), see them play live (freaking heaven on earth). We should all be thankful they found each other and saw fit to share their talent with us. Now all you can do is sit around and be bothered by what the guys do with their own ART! Is it a disgrace to sell a painting? A piece of sculpture?

Nope.

But really, what is the difference? It is art and it was created by people who then decide what to do with it because, once again, it is their job. It is how they make money. There are probably plenty of people who would call it a disgrace that I go and make money by sitting in an office all day helping my county spend money paid by the taxpayer.

It pays the bills. Mountain Song is still vital, still beautiful, and is still paying the bills.

I like that suggestion "to make the best of what is thrown your way" Tonto. With the technology of today, they have made it so handicapped people have more options like scooters ECT. There are more options for problems these days than ever before. Creeps-ever think about pimpin one of them shits? Theres this one chic at the clinic with one that f'n flys. Goes faster than I can run.(not that thats all that fast but still) I cant imagine how difficult being disabled is, I have a hard time with my right arm because of a major car accident and it really bothers me especially around this time of year with things like frisbee, darts at the bar..ECT.

My biggest problem is I have a father who is unforgiving and verbally abusive whom Im living with until I get myself back on my feet. I havent found the solution, but its nice to be able to identify the problem and know where to start. None of my efforts have succeeded, I still get beat down by him. I wish the problem was a simple as ignore him but it isnt.
