Wow, Dave, sounds super cool! Can't wait for the pictures.

We used to set up our "moving restuarant" at different auto shows. Came real close to winning a 1957 white T-Bird - my dream car. However, I do have a 1954 Chevy 4 door that needs refurbished. Any suggestions on where to start? It was my grandmother's cousins car and she left it to my dad - it ran up until the late 80's and has been parked in a garage ever since. The interior needs replaced. Not sure what else . . .

I am COMPLETELY out of control. In the past few weeks, I have bought tickets for:

The Mars Volta --Roseland 5/6
Velvet Revolver --Jones Beach 5/14
Nine Inch Nails --Hammerstein 5/15
U2 --Meadowlands 5/17 and MSG 5/21

I am either going to run out of money or die of exhaustion in May especially with 3 GA shows, but what a way to go I guess. At least they were cheap tickets.

Oh, and FYI, U2 tickets for the fall leg go on sale on Monday and NIN fall tix are onsale in June. Then Audioslave, Foo Fighters, Ozzfest, hopefully Tool at the end of the year…

Dave, you better hurry up and tour before I run myself into the ground or go to debtors’ prison!

They gave her about 2-6 months to live.She has a 14 year old son that is now living with us and with him moving in we have found he is stealing, flunking school ect, and is lashing out on my kids. I have a 5year old and a 17 month old that are being affected by all that is going on., and I feel lost. I know we all have drama going on but, I am just feeling scared. Thats all.

Hey scotisheyes, am so sorry to hear about the situation that you are finding youself in. WHAT I would say though is try to understand the mindset of the 14 yr old, he must be terrified of the thought of losing his mom. Give him as much support and love as is needed, if after that he is still problematic then at least you can walk away from the situation with your conscience clear that you have done all that you can.....

I met Dave Navarro at a show CF did at the Wiltern in LA a while back, it was the first show you guys did sponsored by Vanity Fair. I remember asking him for a hug when he came out of the back side. I was hanging out with another huge fan of you Dave, “snowhite2420� also known as Sarah. She’s taken some pictures with you guys and I just totally am jealous of her that she got to take some pictures with you because when I met you and hugged you, we didn’t have a camera. But if you guys could please help me out for my speech I would really appreciate it and believe me I will spread the word about the sites to the class that I am speaking to for some advertising. I have to do this speech on Thursday 3.10.2005 so I would also appreciate it if you guys would get back to me ASAP, so I can format my speech. Yes I know I waited until the last minute to do this but I hadn’t made a choice on what topic to do my speech on and I had to bring visual aids and I have the signed book by Dave to myself and my boyfriend Justin so I thought that would be good and unique to bring in to show.
