Checkin' In
The past couple of days has been all about writing and band stuff. A photo shoot, some new songs. Steve has a new one called Blue Bruises. I am really loving this one. "One of my favorites." I know that some have asked, "Why have B-sides or extra material, why not just have a longer album?" I think that the point is that we would like our record to be around 45-50 minutes. Some of my favorite albums are double albums such as The Wall or The Fragile, but those records do require a lot of work to get through. I think we are shooting for a cohesive and solid first effort. Plus, those double records are from established bands. We are brand new. Double records are also, more expensive. In any event, we are gonna carve it all down to the collective 10 or 11 favorites and lead with those.
There are a couple of new jams up on the Loop Experiment page. For those of you who are new to this site, we have started a kind of online jam/writing situation which I think is really cool, creative and unique. These people have created music without even knowing each other while living in different countries. All done through the Internet. Good work everyone! For more information, check out The Panic Community. Click on the Loop Experiment thread. Let's be the first to have an online created, podcasted album!

Hey Dave! Everything sounds exciting but exhausting. It's amazing how you dont go crazy. Double albums? All you said was very true. Plus it keeps us wanting more and it's cool for you to give us things that were made but never heard. Kinda mysterious. Anyways hopes everything is going well. Have a nice dayy!

Dealing with the life: the Dog and the Fox
Certain day, the dog found it raposa.Day then, the two had turned great

it sacrificed for the fox if she was necessary, to see its friend always
happy and contente. The fox, also demonstrated to help the dog, made what it
was in its reach to help to the friend dog. It ties that, the winter

search of shelter. The two had decided to break up themselves and to leave
for the forest, in case that one found a shelter, the other would go to
inform your friend. The dog it looked for ... until found a hollow trunk of
tree, where could if to shelter. It was in search of the fox, found it and
informed that it finds shelter. The two had followed ties shelter.Arriving
there, they had perceived that in the shelter it would have place for one

calls of the dog, looked at for low, but he perceives that the water level
went up with rapidity. The fox fearing to have that to go down and not to
arrive at the shelter the time water level ignored the order of aid of

of waters led, playing with force against a trunk of tree.It beats its head
in the trunk and, two minutes after, it die.The fox attends to the scene,

Dave,
I was wondering if you know anything about a book that is coming out next month call whores - an oral biography of janes addiction? The description says you made some comments for the book with Perry. Is that true? If so have you seen it completed yet?
This is a very cool thing that you do on here, please keep it up.
Also, I love camp freddy radio with billy. Seeing as the two of you were each in one of my favorite bands, its just to good to be true.

Good morning to every1 in 67 land!
The worst thing about living in the uk is posting in a different time zone to most of you guys, oh well.
The photograph is definately Mr & Mrs Electra-Navarro, which could very well be taken at the Key Club(27/1)CFR gig.
Like most red blooded males, these reason that I know that this is 100% Carmen is:-
A) after glazing the odd knuckle or two with Carmen in mind, you tend to develope a photographic memory of her face & form.
Most people posting on the site come from the angle of Lucky Carmen....more lucky super lucky Dave.

Understood, but I gotta reiterate that the end jam, especially your killer guitar work, still gets me pumped up on the drive home. Q. Could you ever evolve that section into it's own song, because it almost seems like it would do it more justice that way? (Obviously, a faster and harder type of track w/ new lyrics, etc.) -Al

Critics used to call Robert Plant "Percy" for his piercing voice. He thought it was an insult. It's in your bible, "Hammer of the Gods" Chapter 13, verse 69. First time I saw Jane's name in print was in an interview with Robert of how he heard this band in LA. 1986, 87? I have to find the magazine. Believe me, I still have it!
And who says new music is "new". I just heard Gwen Stefani, " If I was a rich girl, na na na nana na na naa" and isn't it a ripoff of Fiddler on the Roof's song " If I was a rich man, na na na nana na naa"? Sad world of homoginized, shove it down your throat corporate crap. I wish i had two Ipods..one to shit on and one to wipe my ass with!
And sorry to burst your bubble, man with your "druggie hat"...but check out Cheech Marin jammin' with Rudy and the Nuevos Huevos Rancheros in 1986's "Born in East L.A." and he was stylin' "the hat"! After all these years, man...You were just impersonating Cheech, cabrone!
Now everybody have a ODALAY day!

For anyone interested, Motley Crue at Madison Square Garden last night was great! They haven't lost a beat!! Just a great show all around!! The chicks doing all kinds of stripper/sideshow acts were a great touch! of course there was the "titty-cam" that was a riot! and Tommy's famous limb even made an appearance much to my delite!!!
great show! I recommend checking it out, if not just for the throw back effect! peace to all

Thank you Cori & Tonto...
It has been rough these past couple of days, but I think the sun is going to shine soon! Such a shame when you live your life for someone else and they leave you in the end anyway! Those bastards!
Well, the Motley show was unbelievable last night. All I can say is I was very impressed and Tommy Lee definately kicked ass! Nikki looked sexy as ever!
They had these chics spinning around these ring type
things like Cirque De Sole type shit. It was pretty dope! If you can check them out-definatley do it!
Hey Dave is like MIA, must be working hsi Ass off!
Peace to ALL
