i was just remembering when i went to lolla 03, and i got this wristband that gave me backstage access, and got to go stand on the stage, to the side and watch the show from there. and it was so incredible. i have been a JA fan for so long, and followed all of your projects and everything. it was just a moment in my life that i will never forget, and you were there playing a kick ass show, so.... thank you for that gift because i will never forget it.

My friend from New Haven, Carrie is movin to the San Fran area at the end of the month. Three months ago, I had no desire to visit Cali. Today, Im so jealous she'll be able to see things I dont. Like The Chili Peppers, Dave Navarro and the developent of Panic Channel, DJ Shadow, Ben Harper, the Greyboy Allstars, John Frusciantes solo project, and so much more. Of course, there are plenty of things I would miss. I need a private jet to enjoy the art on both coasts! Anyway, anyone from that area-let me know cause Im sure Ill be visiting eventually. I want to check out Mendocino county again, this time without the family!

I hate redundancy and even though I'm sure you've been asked before, sorry I have to ask again...

what is the deal with the recordings known as "Spread"?
most of the material seems to be of a rawer context than when it showed up again on "Trust No One" (absolutley beautiful I must say)... I feel kind of torn but I must say I like some of the cuts on Spread better (your vocals in particular on Mourning Son carry the emotion a lot better)... anyway to the point, are these the demos or something else entirely?

while I'm at it... can we ever expect to see a Trust No One part 2??
