Hey Dave,
I hope you and Carmen had a cool trip and Happy New Years! I asked a while back but I'll try again. Have you ever seen/heard Grant Langston and the Supermodels? I have an old friend in the band and just wanted to know how they sound. I'm stuck on the East coast and have never had the chance to see em' live. They frequent a few popular L.A. joints. Thought you may have caught a show.

Hey Dave, happy new year!

Question: A while back you mentioned that you and Neil might be doing an art show that would somehow involve cut images from DTTAH. Is that still going on or has it been put on hold because of all the other projects you're involved in?

Hope the vacation with Carmen went excellent. Take care Dave.

Peace,
- Sean

Happy new year, TPCer!!!
We all hope to be buying tickets for great TPC gigs this year! I WANNA ROCK!

Happy New Years Dave!

Nine Inch Nails will begin touring in spring and Guns N' Roses will be touring this summer. Will Panic Channel approach any of these bands for an opening slot?

(((PEACE)))

Hi Dave,
Happy new year to you and Carmen.
Question:
Who's blood was it in the picture a couple of days back?

How hot are you two!!!
Do the both of you just think, 'man, look at our lives, what amazing karma we must have!
Peace
Christina (ninxiola)

happy new year Dave, why werent you on the cover of
the new guitar world. When I got to see the cover with all the guitar players on it I kept thinking its missing Dave.
I was wondering also if you know how Casey Niccoli
is doing today.
thanks.

Hey Dave
Welcome Back. Do you think that guitar is something anyone can pick up if they have the passion, or is it something that has to be learned when you are young.

Dave

hey Dave... ever jam with either mike McCready, Stone, Jeff or any other PearlJammer, past or present? What do you think of the way that band has grown over the years??
Also, dude, and i mean it...coming from a straight man... you are one hot motherf*cker. I love the hair. I myself am trying to grow it but it never gets as girly-pretty as yours so i'm still sticking to hats...
love, all of ya it's been a while since i last posted here but i still check the site regularly...
whast up colleen!! yayy!
that's it. now i go.

Hey Dave Happy New Year from Texas,

I was just wondering what harmonics your doing at 9 minutes and 21 seconds in the song Three Days. Ive been messing around with this for a while but I just can't seem to figure it out. Thanx

Hey Dave!

Do you know if you're going to appear at all in the next VH1 "I Love The 90s (Part Diex)" series? Or will you be as surprised as we will be?

(Yes, I have a love/hate relationship with those goofy, mindless shows. I enjoy them, but always feel like I've wasted several hours of my life watching them. But if Dave is on, it's much more worth-it.)

Have u ever considered a spoken word cd like Henry Rollins? I think it'd be really great if you did on.

Posted by: Rich at January 2, 2005 12:49 PM

**TYPO ALERT**

Make that "DIEUX" (I think)

Posted by: Denise at January 2, 2005 12:49 PM

Happy New Years everyone =) Hope you had fun.
And my question is:

Here’s a scenario for you. There’s a shark and a bear fighting. There’s just enough water for the shark, and a little island for the bear. They’re both huge, and neither one has been fed for days. Who’s gonna win?

Posted by: Kairee at January 2, 2005 12:50 PM

Happy New Year Dave,
If I bring the book to the show on the 27th, Could you sign it?

Matt

Posted by: Matt at January 2, 2005 12:50 PM

hey dave - happy new year!

i saw the vr show at the joint on new years eve - they killed the place. since matt has been touring the past 6 months has he been part of the camp freddy albumn or is perkins taking over? just curious - i love them both, so either is a dream come true on the recording (although both would be pretty insane.). could you imagine that live - matt, perkins, you, billy, and chaney. throw in cantrell and i could die happy after the night.

enjoy the rest of the weekend. love the bloody mary clip on tpc!!

Hey Dave,

Happy New Year!
With 2005 here many people make lists of New Years Resolutions. Was it hard for you to give up the party lifestyle when you decided to quit drinking and drugs?

Posted by: Richard Max at January 2, 2005 12:55 PM

have any secret new years resolutions that, if you post, wont be so secret anymore?

Posted by: lisa at January 2, 2005 12:55 PM

Welcome back Dave & Carmen..hope you had a blast!
I am unfortnately going through a breakup and trying to get through this. When does the pain go away? Feels like someone is ripping my heart out with a wrench. :(
Guess I will stick to the music and concentrate on that.
Gonna start fresh for 2005.
Dave, How long did it take for you to get rid of your pain?

TL from NYC

Posted by: TL at January 2, 2005 01:02 PM

TL - Listening to Trust No One really helps during a breakup. At least it did for me... and I'm not just saying that because I'm saying it here.

Dave - I echo Sean's interest in the photo/art show with Neil... any updates on that?

Love, T

I was so retarded this morning that I forgot to thank Jezebel, Lyn and Emma for being so sweet and wishing me a happy birthday.

Lyn: Oh please... I don't need to live to be 131, but thanks for hoping I do. I'm glad we've gotten to talk, too, and you ARE a better person because of it. HA! Just kidding. I love you, hon!

My question's about SONGWRITING.

Who would you consider your songwriting to be similar to or inspired by?

Posted by: RMM at January 2, 2005 01:25 PM

Dave are your chrome hearts jeans, womens jeans.

completly usless question but just curious

Posted by: Biblical at January 2, 2005 01:27 PM

Welcome back, Dave!!
Do you want to play jezzi's reflective 2004 game, or would you rather try your hand at looking forward to 2005?

It doesn't have to be 10 of each, just maybe....

What were some of your favorite memories of 2004? Texas Holdem, new tattoos, The Panic Channel, meeting me?

What are you looking forward to in 2005? Starting a family?, finishing your album, starting a tour, having that art show you have been teasing us with, coffee table book, or seeing me again?

jezebel(Denise, you and I have such similar goals and accomplishments, were we seperated at birth?)

Posted by: jezebel at January 2, 2005 01:31 PM

I noticed you do alot of those shows on VH1 like "My coolest years" and the I Love The series, do you enjoy that, I think it's cool that you and Steve do that, you 2 have good humor.

What up D n' Fam

What's crackin Felipe?
Sand..where r u?

Posted by: Colleen at January 2, 2005 01:44 PM

If you had to spend time on some island in isolation for one month straight, would you rather take your own guitar, or 30 of your favourite CD's ?

Thanks Dave,
All the best

What you think of the band Kerbdog?

Thanks...

Till later..............................

Does Billy ever like, mention me in casual conversation? Just wondering....
After the release of the new TPC CD, "Lyn", and the subsequent highly successful "Lyn" tour, how soon do you expect to get back in the studio? If the creative process explodes into say a total of 20-25 cumulative songs in the next month or two, will you save some tunes for the next release?

Posted by: Lyn at January 2, 2005 01:59 PM

i'd lve to ask you one question:

what month will TPC CD be released? is there any chance it's gonna be March? My wife's birthday is on March 23rd, i'd love to celebrate that day with your music.

Happy New Year Daeva, Carmen and all :)

love,
Obvious

P.S. Bloody Mary is great one. i love that song.

Dave,

¿How are you? My New Years Eve was great. Spent some time with the friends and had a great safe time.
¿Which CSI do you like the most? ¿NY, FL or LV?
¿Are you a SEINFELD fan?

Later,
Mike from NYC

Posted by: Mike from NYC at January 2, 2005 03:03 PM

Mike, are you aware that your keyboard is toast? You've got some upside-down question marks there, Bro.

Posted by: Lyn at January 2, 2005 03:08 PM

Any of you guys have clips from the Christmas Special for CFR?

Posted by: AMBER at January 2, 2005 03:40 PM

Dave,

Sup bro. Happy New Year to you and Carmen.

Question(s):

What influence, if any, has Jimmy Page had on your playing, style, or musical interests? Have you listened to some of the great Zep bootlegs that are available? What are a couple of your favorite studio tracks? Also, have you ever had the opportunity to meet JP?

Later,
Hank

is there an official date for TPC in February???

Posted by: Froilan at January 2, 2005 05:10 PM

dave, do you think there is an opportunity for you to do a book tour to promote DTTAH in canada?. wishing you all a happy, safe, and prosperous new year!

Posted by: liz at January 2, 2005 05:15 PM

Maiden question:

Paul Dianno or Bruce Dickinson???

Posted by: Kevin at January 2, 2005 05:22 PM

Dave,

Our friend in Sri Lanka called and is OK! She is temporarily in Dubai. She can't express enough thoughts as to the destruction of the area. So anyone who can donate to the relief effort has her, and countless others, blessings!

On your "In Memory of" page, in DTTAH, is the D'Arcy you refer to, the former bassist for SP? I know that she was having some substance issues for awhile and don't know what became of her. If it is another, please disregard.
I only ask as there are several pics of SP D'Arcy, in your book.

Cheers,

Mike C. (FLA)
