Online Jam/Agency Artwork 3
There is a new development with the online jam. FreAk has done some amazing work on the Saraswati loop. Check it out on the Loop Experiment page. It is free for tweaking. Already, it is a new creation from the minds of once strangers living in different parts of the world. Great going people.
Also, the Ageny Artwork 3 page is loaded. The creativity here is mind blowing. Thank you all for your work and support.

Thrilled to have you back posting Dave.
Freak, cool you worked on the loop. I've still got to listen to it, will stop back in when I have.
Great art everyone.
I'm very happy, I found a new guitar teacher who likes music I do, and approaches teaching the way I like it~as in he takes the person's tastes into consideration! Yes!
Thanks everyone for your advice, support and encouragement with that. Hugs.
Love to all

Hi
THis is the 1st time I leave a message here though I've been reading yours for a couple of months.
It's really great that you take the time to interact with fans, and I wanted to catch this opportunity to thank you for the music, because it has a good impact on my life. I mean art forms such as music, paintings...always make me say "fuck, there's not only those troubles I'm in, there's still art & beauty & great energies", eventhough some people around me remain unaware of it for whatever reason.
To sum up, you, like other artists help me seeing above everyday's ugliness and go forward. As Nietzsche said, in a way, art keeps us alive. So thank you.
oh yeah and also the community here is great.
ok that's a bit long for a 1st post... ;)

Hi dave,
i have always wonderd ever since i bought the video and im hoping you'll reply-- at woodstock 94' with rhcp have youever noticed that at the end of warped you guys seem to go into like two lines of three days.- was it in any way intentional or did you even notice?
Till later......
P.s- dave you ever hear a band called "Kerbdog" i just know you would love them they have two albums out they split up now but their music is timeless....

Jane Says -
I'm so sorry about the fight with your Mom, I know you must feel very hurt.
I'm also pretty sure that your Mom's harsh words and anger may have come from a different place altogether and probably really aren't even about you. I know it's very, very hard, but try not to take it to heart. You Mom is most likely just working through some of her own issues and you got caught in the crossfire.
You are always welcome here...when you feel upset, or like you're losing your cofidence, come here and post...here you will find friends. (((Hugs)))

What's up Dave! Hey I was wondering if there was any one song, or a few that you wrote, where you really surprised yourself. I mean, i understand you've got to be pretty proud of all your work, but i mean something where you really got some chills listening to the playback and think ya know, "wow i can't believe i wrote this." I thought of this question while listening to the song '3 days' cuz that just really seems like something more than four people playin in a band ya know?
Posted by: bill at September 1, 2004 06:07 AM
On the subject of Kerbdog, their lead singer formed a new band about 5 years ago called Wilt. Pretty good debut album but they've since split. Their lead singer/guitarist, Cormac Battle (coolest name in rock), is now a DJ on the Irish radio station 2fm. He often plays old JA songs too.
Top 10 Bands/Artists:
1. JA
2. NIN
3. Tool
4. Rival Schools
5. Afghan Whigs
6. Fiona Apple
7. Smashing Pumpkins
8. VAST
9. Led Zeppelin
10. Michael Jackson

Jane Says: When people get upset they usually say things they don't mean, and you shouldn't take it to heart. I'm sure your mother loves you, regardless of what she may say (most mothers love their kids regardless of how much they mess up, and most people fight with their parents growing up. It's part of what makes us human, I suppose, and it usually don't have any say in how much we love each other)
I know I'm not the right person to tell you how your mother feels about you, because let's face it: I really don't know. But I'm sure that deep down you know, and the next time you and your mother are on good terms, I'd recommend talking to her about how it makes you feel when she yells at you. Try to make her understand.
In the meanwhile, I'd try to get out of the house and do something that get your mind off of things, rather than just sit around and endulge yourself in misery.
Sometimes we're better off not thinking too much..
Hope you'll feel better soon!

FrEaK, what do you use to make your loops?
Ive been playing around with Fruity Loops 3 for a couple weeks now.
Posted by: Live Life 131 at September 1, 2004 07:46 AM
heLLo,
Live Life 131, I'm using lots of softwares, and I think it would be too long to list! (And not necessary the place..lol).
Nevertheless, to make it short, I'm using LogicPRO 6.4.2, ProTools, ReCycle, PeAk, and Many plugs such as Albino II, impOSCar, CS80v, Es1 & 2, Sampler Exs24MkII, Psp Nitro, Psp Vintage Warmer, Psp 84, TC powercore, T-racKs, IK Amplitube, Guitar Rig....
All this, on Mac Osx. (G4&5)
See! Its already too long! and not even complete..
Drop an email if you want more details, or drop a post on the temporary CyberSong/Panic Agency Forum: http://ju7ienjcxnet.free.fr/phpBB2/index.php
Tweak&Enjoy! and thx for all the comments so far about "Shoot".

Hey Dave,
Dave I want to create my own music video for Ted Just Admit It (as a personal project) and I was wondering if you could email me the music without vocals, So I can do an audio mix along with the visual. No offence to Perry I think you all was great in JA. I figured I'd email my project directly to you once complete and if you thought it was any good you'd post it so the rest of the 6767 community could see, What do you think????

Dave, I have a problem. It may seem insignificant, but to me it's major. Here it is. My band and I are having trouble here in the Great White North. One minute we're headed in the right direction, opening up for signed acts, but nothing comes of it and then we're back to square one. It's really getting frustrating and it is starting to show within the band's personal relationships. I don't want the band to come to an end because these are some of my best friends, but they seem to be directing all their negativity towards me and stifling my creativity. I know that making it takes time, dedication, hard work and a lot of luck, and I am prepared to live with this, but I am getting close to the end of my rope! Any advice would be fan-fuckin'-tastic!! If you have a spare moment, could you check out my website and tell me what you think and what we could do to further our careers as musicians. The address is www.creekroad.com Thanks
P.S if you are ever in need of a singer, don't hesitate to drop me a line!

Hey guys, thought I would check in and let you know it's nail biting time for the ONEIDA fishies. LAYOFF for the one adult still working in our family. But I see all these things happening around us that do NOT look like coincedences. This usually means that Somebody is moving us around or positining us for something. Exciting but SCARY at the same time. I really wanted 14-year-old to go to school where he is. ):-( But, who knows, maybe it's time for the fishies to swim to the reservation and raise at least one child there. Clan mother is pushing for this and that matters. (I on the other hand am pushing for the BEACH!) THink happy thoughts for us!!! Thanks,

Hey Dave,
I read this question on some other bands website (not sure whose). It went something like have you ever seen a new band play and were absolutely blown away so much so that you want to go into the studio immediately 'cos you feel the bar has just been raised? If so, which band(s) in particular?
"Shoot" sounds awesome too- sort of like Trent Reznor writing a Bond theme vibe going on!
Posted by: orange at September 1, 2004 12:57 PM
FreAk-I love the jam you put with the drum loop.
Very cool blend of rock and techno
I'd love to have a copy of the ProTools file if that's what you did it in
and maybe do some more tweaking.
Is that something I could download from you?

Dave me encantaria saber si tenes planeado con algun proyecto tuyo venir a argentina?

Hi Dave and fam,
Welcome back kid. I just wanted to say that I can't wait for Camp Freddy this Saturday. I've been on a concert kick for quite a while now and this sat will definitely be one of the major highlights. My older brother wanted to see project revolution over you guys and on top of that he wanted me to front him the money, can you believe that s#1t? It’s a good thing I knocked some sense into that kid. What time will you guys go on and how's the stage set-up? One more question, when did you realize you were all growns up? Yesterday I got totally freaked out I found one white hair on my head. I’m only 26 and I usually dye my hair but what’s up with that s#it? Isn’t that stuff supposed to happen way later? I mean I know I’m an adult and I know when I was in my teens I thought that people in their late 20’s were old but now that I’m here I don’t feel very old. I’m still a big kid and this white hair thing just knocked the socks out of me. I don’t want to grow up :( Rrr.

Hey everyone, I hope this damn hurricane doesn't knock out my internet for another week last the last one did. I can't stand not being online, I'm so addicted to this site.
Hey Schwing, you down here in FL too?
FreAk you ARE the man.
I'll be checking in as much as I can the next couple of days to get ready of my 6767 withdraw, it looks like saturday & sunday are gonna be pretty bad for those of us down in the sunshine state. As for the rest of you have fun on your labor day weekend.
Hey Dave is there anything we Panic Agents can start doing to help spread the word? Does anyone else have any ideas? I've mentioned it to a few people but if we can get a game plan that would be so cool.

hi guys, everything has been completely INSANE for me lately, i'm not quite sure if it is good or bad yet. anyway, just checkin in. someone asked for the top ten bands, but i couldnt possibly narrow it down to ten, i'll just give you the weekly cd case contents, but they change frequently.
(No Particular Order)
RHCP-One Hot Minute
RHCP-Blood Sugar
Jane's-Kettle Whistle
Jane's-Ritual
Alice In Chains-Dirt
Black Sabbath-We Sold Out Souls For Rock 'N' Roll
Velvet Revolver-Contraband
Smile Empty Soul-Self Titled
NIRVANA-Self Titled/Greatest Hits type CD
Pearl Jam-Ten
Dave-TNO
Sublime-Self Titled
so there you go, 12 in all, but they change about every week. ok anyway, i'm out, be safe everyone.

So I am working on learning the guitar, I have an acoustic Yamaha and I'm just starting out and I was wondering if you had any tips for me to get started. I really don't have the time or money to take lessons and I don't really want to either just because I'd rather learn on my own first and then maybe get help from a proffessional one on one later on. I've been playing piano since I was 5 and I'm almost 18 now so I guess I'm a bit of a music person but I'm just wondering if you know of anything that could help me out getting started. Thanks bro.
