Banned from the Holy Land
Thank you all for the submissions and lyrics. I'd say, start tweaking and layering if you can. If this doesn't work, we might have to decide on a specific program to use. There are a few loops and some bass sounds posted. Have a beautiful day.
1. What do you mean "let back into the Playboy mansion?" What did you do to get banned from the holy land?
Oh, it had something to do with drugs and blood I think I do recall. Not my best evening for sure. Years ago, mind you.
2. my mate said that when he saw you play, some lady came out and started fixin up your hair? True? Details?
True, that was J-9, she would take care of us. She is a great friend. So absurd and over the top, I kind of love it.
3. I read somewhere you said you would like to work with Madonna one day - what is your favorite Madonna song? Have you ever met her??
I have met her and she is really very sweet. I don't have a favorite song, in fact, I don't even own an album of hers, I just think she is really cool.
4. I just heard Jim Rome say you're going to appear on his nationally syndicated radio show "The Jungle" on Tuesday, August 3rd.
Yeah, I think I'm calling in today.
5. Do you only wear makeup on stage, or do you when you go out somewhere? If so what kind of stuff is it.
Usually just on stage or for pictures and stuff like that. If I just go out to dinner or something like that, I go au naturale.
6. Dave,I know Stephen likes to smoke the ganja on a regular basis but I was wondering if you ever sit back and spark a j?
No. To quote Woody Allen, "I smoked a joint at a party once... I tried to take my pants off over my head." I am drug free.
7. I've been seeing this guy named Steve for almost a year but we've known eachother for 5 yrs. He's hooked on coke and seems to be pushing everyone away from him. I don't know what I should do.
That's a tough one. Usually when people get too deep into their drug trip, they have to kind of bottom out on their own. Sometimes, an intervention is successful, followed by treatment.
8. Well, you see I'm in quite the ditch here. I dunno what to do and as your album says "Trust no one" I am trying to do so.
I don't recommend the not trusting thing... it sucks. As for the trip, do what you feel is right for you.
9. I know you've been in a few TV shows and a few movies... Any chance you might take on any new roles, or is that something you want to do at the moment?
When something fun comes along I am into it, but I am certainly not seeking any acting stuff.
10. Dave, what is your favourite piece of classical music?
Samuel Barber's Adagio.

Hey dave, Hmm, Sunday I saw you play on Celebrity Poker (Tv)! Good Job! I was with ya the whole time and I taped it, but only the parts when you were playing or saying something! Today Carmen is gonna be on A&E's Biography so i'll be taping that. I've always wondered if Celebrities get crazy people coming to their house and never leaving them alone (obvisouly). Do you and Carmen get people like that? Have a nice day!

REALEASE MYSELF
What's the time?
Oh, don't wake up
Everything is fine
Everything will be okay if I
Just release myself
Is it yesterday all over?
This confusion is too much
This build up is getting closer
Will everything be okay if I
Just release myself
(chorus)
Oh, dont panic
Wait...PANIC!
just release yourself
When i release myself
Oh, dont worry
Wait...
Just release yourself
When i release myself.
Where's the day gone?
Change the channel
Change the song
Maybe I can do it all again if I
Just release myself
Wish i could press pause
Stop the bleeding
Heal the sores
Maybe I can do it all again if I
Just release myself
(Chorus)
Oh, dont panic
Wait...PANIC!
Just release yourself
When I release myself
Oh, dont worry
Wait...
Just release yourself
When I release myself
(Bridge)
Is my chaos controlled?
I take a breath...I hold
Is this working for me?
I'll do it again and see
Do it again and see!
Do it again and see!
DO IT AGAIN AND SEE!
(chorus)
Oh, dont panic
Wait...PANIC
Just release yourself
When I release myself
Oh, dont worry
Wait...
Just release yourself
When i release myself.

FreAk...You mentioned Protools. I have protools and have a few questions, about editing. Do you know the program well?

Thanks for putting up all the loops and stuff.
I don't know what to ask, but since I went to the CPS site...

Dave, I totally love The Panic Channel. Definitely creative, original and fitting. Glad you got the wedding date tats. I, on the other hand, am still saving to get some more work done. My question today involves PRS. I'm from Maryland, and I was wondering if you've ever gotten to tour or visit the factory? I have yet to go, but I hear it's amazing. Are you familiar with Paul's story of how he got into making guitars? Man, talk about a dreamer. He sure has come a long way. Enjoy your Tuesday. And FreAk, I have yet to mention, I really dig your creative contributions. You've definitely got a talent, bro. Take care, all. -Brad

Dave,
Thanks for answering my "shredder" question the other day, I love that aspect of your playing.
Your guitar playing was the FIRST to truly bridge metal, new-wave, and classic rock together. My older bro was your age and loved the new-wave stuff, he thought I was a devil-worshipper for being into metal (remember how segmented it was back in the 80's, you either liked Metallica, the Cure or were lame and liked Tom Petty or something like that!).
Jane's (fueled by your guitar and Perk's drumming) brought the tribes together (insert old man voice..."Back in my day, we had no Limp Triscuit!!!") and changed music forever.
Anyways, much respect Dave, your guitar-playing has always been under-rated, I can't wait for the new stuff.
One more thing...
"SCREAM FOR ME, LONG BEACH!!!!!!!!!"
(I'd bet either you or Perk were at one of those Maiden shows!)

Dave, I'm such a huge fan of yours and I really love your work. I think your one of the best guitar players of our time. I have a question, but it's more for Carmen than it is for you if you wouldn't mind asking her. I'm trying desperatly to break into the acting/modeling industry through independant films and things like that. I'm acutally the same height and weight and realatively the same build as her and we share the same birthday, which is kinda freaky. I was wondering if she or you could give me any tips on breaking into the industry and being sucessful at it. Thanks!

I was just wondering if you are drug and alcohol free, is it cool with other people doing stuff around you? And does Carmen like to have a drink now and then?

Hey, FreAk!
Can you do something with the Panic Channel logo and this pic here? Seems like a perfect match to me... www.vietnampix.com/fire9a2.htm
(maybe the children could be running away from a giant floating logo in sheer terror! lol)
thanks to all who wished me a better day (previous post´s comments)!
I am taking a break from work right now and researching pictures of famous massacres on the internet. That is already making me feel better (just by comparison, I guess. You know, my life may suck but at least I ain´t getting napalm on my ass!!) LOL...!

You were great on Seacrest yesterday- you should do reporting more often!
You said Carmen's 2005 calendar will be out in December- is that correct? Why so late? Better late than never, I suppose.

Janes unplugged on MTV...
Heard it was supposed to happen in the early 90's, but was scrapped when you broke up.
Any chance of it happening now? Or how about TNO/Spread/Deconstruction unplugged?

Hey dave,
Just read on imdb.com that Carmen is thinking of getting a breast reduction. It also quotes her as saying "he (you) actually wants me to get them bigger but I said no". True or false?
Also, did you ever catch any Bauhaus or Love and Rockets videoclips? What did you think of them?
Peace

I got a question or two...
Were you a fan of either of 'Porno for Pyros' albums? Personally I think Good God's Urge is an amazing album.
And...
Are you and Perry still pals or have you totally fallen out (if you don't mind me asking)? Do you think you'll ever play together again?

Dave, i've heard the red hot chili peppers don't play any of the one hot minute era, is it true? if so then how do you feel about that? 'cause man that's one heck of an album and guitar playing as well. Have a nice one.

Hey Dave & TPC-
sorry for going off on the panic channel name. i was just looking at it narrow-mindedly & at how it came to me. i should have been better informed. i'm still trying to figure out the mystical meaning of channel of panic...but i definitely am starting to see why you picked the name. i know i shouldn't apologize but i do see that i should be better informed before woofing about how CNN, FNC etc all scare the shit out of me haha so glad you're not associated with those 'evil empires' haha
well i just got rejected from the school i wanted to finish up at so today is not going that well :( but i may have another plan in store...i always do...lined up another interview with the killers so that's pretty exciting...
what kind of advice can you give to someone 3 yrs done with school, hating it, hating everything about it, who just wants to move on w/ her life even though her parents would disown her if she didn't finish up LOL......basically there is an art school here in LA i can pretty much certainly get into or go back to the university i went to in the midwest where i was completely unhappy, getting shitty grades, stood out as 'the bitch from ny' (even though i'm fucking nice & accepting to everyone...i even had professors resent me for having more work experience- mind you i was a mere intern...lol) I HATE SCHOOL! i just don't know if my folks will be cool w/ me finishing at art school...how do you suggest i approach them with the idea???
sorry but i thought maybe someone on here could help w/ advice :(

Good Afternoon Dave!
I have often wondered, for someone who is "drug free" how do you handle it if you go to the Doctor and they prescribe drugs (which mine seem to LOVE to do!)?
I mean, drugs are drugs, right...regardless of where you get them, there are still often dependency issues....but if you need them for some medical reason...do you just do without or risk taking them?
Ellen...I'm sorry, I have no advice for you but, I'm sending you a (((hug))). I kinda know what it feels like to be locked into something you don't particularly care for.

Hey Dave, LOVE the new name and logo. its hot! Do yo mind if I use that for a tattoo in the future? and you did not answer my question, so I am gonna ask again. What does the relapes star symbol come from and what does it mean. I have that as tattoo as well. (a tribute to my hard-core following for Jane's) Or, if anyone knows the answer please email me with the info.
P.S. LOVE the "personal" time pic. I have not been to the site in a week. You made my day!

PASTEURIZED LOVE (POSTERIZED LOVE)
Here we go!
Oh yeah girl
I like the deep of your eyes
I’m really in love with the dept
Of your contact lens
Oh beautiful girl
I feel like the truth is in my bones
I wish to die and rest for a while
Until an archaeologist discover my fossil
And realize that I loved you
Oh sweet girl
I love the shiny teeth of yours
I feel like I’m trapped in
Your bidimensional smile
Oh soft girl
I like to press slowly your skin
Yeah the stars, the sun, the shadows,
the rain-bow-wow and all the rest
and I realize that I love you
Oh so good
To love when anyone has loved before
Knowing that’s no more dangerous
And useful to explore the love
Juliet and romeo are died
Like Pierre and marie curie
Just to let we know that I
Can get safely a vision of my inside
And I can safely say love you
We are men after all
And women after all
In principle we are men
And in the end
you’re a woman girl

Hi Dave! I don't know if you will even read this seeing as so many people write stuff here but here it goes. I have been playing guitar for about 12 years now. I started because I heard Stevie Ray Vaughan and wanted to one day be able to play even a little bit as good as him. Over the years my "Idols" or influences have changed as my interest in other types of music changed and grew. I have allways loved the chili peppers since the first note I heard from them. When you joined their band for the one hot minute album, alot of people thought you didn't fit in among other things. I remember I had heard your playing form janes, and thought, well he isn't trying to "redefine or change the chili's" It's just his style thrown into the mix. I have to say I liked your playing from the first time I heard it. And the newest janes album is one of the ones that finds it's way constantly into my cd player. I have learned alot of new licks, and just "ideas" from listening to your playing. (one of my favorites is "wrong girl"), it's the first one I learned. Well anyways, just wanted to let you know I love your playing, music and it's become another good influence in my development. I have become a true fan of your music and hope to one day contribute to the music the world like you have, and the many players before you. Thanks for the music and for being a true innovator and inspiration to music as we know it. All my love to you and your sweetie, and best of luck in all you do Dave.
P.s. Say hi to flea and the guys if you talk to them. John Frusciante is one of my fav players of all time, Johnnywings says hi and he loves you.

Hi Dave. I just wanted to thank you for signing my guestbook. I was so happy to see that when I got up yesterday morning! ;o) Glad you like my layout. It's probably kinda weird to see layouts of you on people's websites, huh? Do you ever visit fansites & stuff like that about you &/or Carmen, or is it a little too strange? Just curious. Anyway, thanks again for taking the time to check out my site & sign my g-book. I greatly appreciated it. Take care & have a great rest of the week. Hope Carmen is doing well. :o)

Greetings once again, Mr. Navarro (sorry, I see too many 'hey Dave!' topics and I wanted to be unique...)
Thanks for posting my bassline and answering many of my questions.... You and Carmen are real stars, not because you all have talent, looks, and bodies to committ various crimes for.. but because you two arent the self absorbed, drab and reclusive people who have to get gossipped about because no one knows where you all hide. It really seems like you two like to go out and give back to fans and strangers alike.. Like I saw that pediatric AIDS event's photo collection that itanja posted, and it looked so fun, and it was a great cause and very nice for you to take time to do.. Dave, thats why I think you and Carmen will rock on forever! Much Love to you both!
WAIT--- I just remembered that somewhere i MAY have some voice mails you used to have on the old 6767.com site.. I am not sure, but I *think* it was you and Perry pretending to be tabloid journalists and you two were picking at each other or something. I dont recall the story exactly.. i just remember someone asking you "What drug youre currently on" or something. Do you have these still? If I find them I will be sure to post..
(Gawd, I was in Highschool when I saved those...I dont even know what computer they would be on.. haha. Oh well, I will look very hard for them).
Everyone in the 6767 community(Dave included ;D). I have started an idea that may be really neat if we do this right. A few friends and I are going to start a custom Salute campaign to make signs with pics especially for anyone who wants them for their sites..
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v288/No_one_important/6767_salute.jpg there is an example for the 6767 site.. I am camera shy so its kind of a fun task for me to get one I like and share it..hehe. If anyone wants to make a salute for me or wants one from me, I have email... :D
Oh, and my sites new URL is
http://clik.to/1313 (I think.. haha.) That way its not hard to remember and its quick to type. Oh, and I put my guest book up... So posting wouldnt hurt...
Well, thats a novel for ya, so I guess its time to go.. Have a great night!

PS Dave! Tell Carmen some REALLY weird girl from the internet says "hi" =P I think it would be funny. Haha. Oh well.. bye!

****Ok had to post this...*******
My 4 year old daughter and I watched Carmen on Biography. My daughter is s big fan of Carmen and Dave, since TDDUP (it's the whole little girl, wedding fantasy thing I guess) Anyways, she also likes to write stories, so we wrote one about Carmen after the Biography show. I won't post the whole thing, but just to summarize:
Dave has his own band called "Dave Navarro and the Pussycat Dolls" Dave marries the Pussycat Dolls (yes all of them) but he's only in love with Carmen. Towards the end there is a scary monster chasing Carmen and Dave chases it away and they end up living happily ever after.

Ellen...i totally know what you're going through...i myself just transferred out of a school i was grossly unhappy at. people there thought i was strange and odd too (just cause i'm a little shy with a dark, dry, sarcastic sense of humor). i thought my parents were going to get upset that i wanted to transfer but when i told them i was unhappy, they were glad with any decision that would make me happy. i think most parents are like that...so i think you should go for the thing that makes you happiest and in the long run...i think your parents will be glad you're doing something to make you happy. my suggestion would be to throw in the fact that you would take a few summer courses or extra courses in combination with the art courses to sort of buffer the whole wanting to go to art school. this is just my two cents, and i know where you're coming from in terms of being unhappy with a situation. just do what makes you happiest...and i truly believe that your parents just want you to be at your happiest.
and crecencia...i'm wondering what this star looks like...are there any links of what it would look like? i have the three days dvd and i might just be blind but i can't see it on it. thanks if you can help.
and freak...once again some masterful stuff...keep on bringing the good stuff...everything is better than the last.

****thoughts on Carmen's Biography***** Carmen really wants to be taken seriously as an actress and many people have a hard time with that. Who [T.F.] are these people? Losers
I want to see more of Carmen onscreen, and more substance to her lines.
This is the same shit many of us non-celebrity women deal with at work, where the men are all part of some exclusive club, and we either have to screw our way up, or work ten times as hard as any man, and still hardly get anywhere.
I believe Carmen has it in her, and she will get there. Especially if you Dave, help her keep her chin up. (and maybe kick some loser ass if needed)
So my question for Dave is: Don't you ever get the urge to beat the crap out of people who impede your wife's career? (of course you don't actually do it, but do you think about it?)

Yay Carmen!!! Most pause worthy female in reality TV....well we already knew that! Congrats!

Hey I was wondering what do you think makes you so cool? Besides just being yourself of course. Not trying to find out to bite your style its just that me & girl janna were having a talk about that. Also do you know where a copy of the picture Carmen & you did with David Lachapelle is on the net? I can not seem to find that anywhere! Hey do you have a copy of the original party invite you might be willing to send me? Please?
Can't wait for the next chat. Hey maybe some of us could hook up the web cams so you can see all the fans your talking to.
Either way hope all is well friend
I rep 6767 where ever I go yo! :)

"hey, DAVE
Maybe it´s time for 6767 to have a FAQ page...?
Just my two centavos (cents)...
Love from
Luiz."
Good idea Luiz... I am starting to build a FAQ system to load up what's been answered so far. Dave, I could set it up so that if you wanted to answer questions there, you could. But I'm guessing that this format works better and then I could just load them from here.
Anyways, hopefully I'll have it ready soon along with the video/audio archives...

From what I've seen and heard and all that...Carmen really is a busy girl. And frankly, I'm a little jealous. If I could accomplish the things that woman has accomplished...damn. I'm watching her "Biography" on A&E right now...and wow. Honestly - there are things they're saying about her, that - no lie - I find myself saying, "hey me too!" Of course it's none of the "gorgeous" or "super popular" comments. And with me it was acting more than dancing. Not that you care.
Dave - do me a favor and tell Carmen, "sweet t", that I said hello, and I look up to her - and hope to be a doll with her one day.
Anyway - I enjoy the panic channel name...made me think for a while, but it makes sense on so many different levels.
So Dave, when is there gonna be another chat with you, my good sir? I missed the last one...I hope it isn't anytime from Aug. 7-12...because I'll be out of town.
Speaking of chats: Sorry MSN kids, that I haven't been around the past few days. I've been working like a mo'fo'...Dont know if you've missed me or not...but I'll be on sooner or later.
OH - what am I supposed to do to join in on the internet music making...? I dont have any kind of programs to record music and I have no money to buy anything - and don't have a mac - would stuff from microsoft be compatible with stuff from a mac? I think not? Does it matter with music files like this and whatnot? can I still play - well sing - with you guys? *pout*

i totally agree with bridget...carmen seems like such an awesome, sweet, intelligent, earnest person. i've never heard her speak badly of anyone in an interview and she just seems like such a sweet and nice person. i wish her nothing but the best in life (along with dave too) and that people do get to see how talented she is (especially at dancing and singing!!)
and i can only hope and pray for what dave and carmen have seemingly found in each other. i wish you guys much continued success and luck!

Oh and on a side note... I just dug up my old STP cd's. It's probably been since middle school since I've listened to them. Anyway is it just me or do Dean and Robert Deleo kick ass? The Talk Show cd they did is amazing have you heard it?

Good job everyone, with the loops and the lyrics that have been sent in. Not that my opion matters..but I think you guys have some real talent. Oh and Dave what is in your cd player right now? or what have you been really into latley besides your own stuff of course. By the way everyone.. heres some lyrics written by myself, just decided to throw some of my stuff out there.
"Not Even Crying"
You want to keep me in the gray
Everyday I am made to pay
This world holds me down
in everything that I suround
You look away when I try
Even as these years pass me by
I'm falling apart..I'm slowly dying..
You dont even care..not even crying..
You watch...
You never wanted to help
even as I start to melt
I'm Falling apart..I'm slowly dying
You dont even care..not even crying.. (I'm slowly dying) (and your not even crying)
I drive just to be alone..
Dont even want to be at home..
I'm always the joke
all I ever do Is choke..
it still doesnt matter
I'm always drowned by your laughter..
Is this what you were after?
I'm falling apart..I'm slowly dying..
You dont even care..not even crying..
You watch...
You never wanted to help
even as I start to melt
I'm Falling apart..I'm slowly dying
You dont even care..not even crying.. (I'm slowly dying) (and your not even crying)
I never speak...so I am considered weak
Day after day..week after week..
You bring me down to your level
I am stopped by my own devil..
If I let you walk all over me
I know i'll never be free..
I'm falling apart..I'm slowly dying..
(Everyday I am made to pay)
You dont even care..not even crying..
(all I ever do Is choke)
You watch...
(Is this what you were after?)
You never wanted to help
(I never speak...so I am considered weak)
even as I start to melt
I'm Falling apart..I'm slowly dying
(You bring me down to your level)
You dont even care..not even crying.. (I'm slowly dying) (and your not even crying)

swept away alive!..we slowly fuckin die!
Chokin on the ashes!..Swallowin my sickest passions!
Beatin with a sick desire!.. I set my self on fire!
Preach it to the choir!
Take the broken Glass
Slash as I walk pass
Drug it to the core
Hit it like a whore

Dave
I noticed that Barber's Adagio for strings is your favourite piece of classical music. I have to agree with you on that. It is one of the few pieces of music that actually make me cry. There's a song called "The Lion" by an African band who's name I can't remember which is so full of joy that it also reduces me to tears.

Hello All,
A rather large spider just ran across my desk, I am not a big fan of spiders although I wouldn't harm one, it sparked a question.
Dave, do you have any phobias?
I have been listening to the loops and reading the lyrics that have been posted, You Guys Rock!!There is some real talent in this community can't wait to hear the combined versions.

I have to ask a question for Dave, and its not to be bitchy or anything, but here goes. I was a Jane's fan back when I was around 3 (no shit) and always wanted to see them live but was always too young and lived in the middle of nowhere in Indiana. Finally Lollapalooza 2003 rolls around and I get to see Jane's Addiction on the first show of the tour. End of the day, they come on stage, Dave's guitar does not work. I have no idea if it was the amp or FOH or what. Now my question for Dave is, how do you handle a malfunction like that when it is not your fault. Does it make shake you up and make you play worse, or does it make you play better because you feel like you have something to prove to the audience.
Thanks

remove make before shake, sorry i am fucking tired.

Hey, DAVE
I just donwloaded the "jewel" video... Can you please tell us where was that? Some awards show or something? Are you friends with her? Have you ever show her any magic tricks at all? lol
I think it would be cool if she showed up for a CF gig... What do you think?
thank you for your time!
much love from
Luiz.
PS: HEY, KYLE - still haven´t messed with your lyrics - maybe cos I don´t wanna ruin them! lol they seem pretty good to me as they are - but I´ll give it a shot as soon as my temperamental "muse" decides to show up again and inspire me, ok?

Luiz, no rush. i really loved your lyrics and wanted your input. we have 2 completely different lyric styles and i think it would be an awesome idea if we had to team up and combine our styles! we could come up with something really weird yet really awesome! i think that sounds like a plan. what you think?

heLLo!
Hope everyone's ok!
So how r we doin so far about the cybersong? Lots of cool loops have been submitted, quite hard to choose! A tempo is gonna be announced soon (probably 98), so we can all start to work. Will convert the other loops that arent 98Bpm to the chosen Tempo, so we can use them all.
There are a lot of good ideas for the lyrics! great work guys!
I know its gonna be early morning for most of u here, but if u could join the 6767Msn later, we could easily talk about that CyberSong. Throwing ideas in the hat and having a constructive chat wud make things easier X1000! SeeUthere

Weekly nut-swinging:
Dave, I lucked out last night by landing on A&E right as they flashed the first pic of you on the screen. What a nice surprise! That is the first time I've caught you on TV since I happened onto this site. I had to laugh at myself because I was sitting there thinking "Wow, he actually talks to us. Amazing!" Haha! It still blows me away what a generous and cool guy you are. So funny too. And ridiculously hot! *sigh* Carm is just as adorable. I love her too. I was so happy I caught that show. It was nice to have you guys in my living room again. I miss you both since your show ended. Can't wait 'til it comes out on DVD! You guys might be my next Legends of the Fall. For some reason, that movie owns a piece of my heart.
Best of luck with the Panic Channel! Can't wait until you hit the east coast with either them or CF. I'm dying to see you live again.
Hey you guys, what is this MSN thing? It is just so we can IM each other or can a chat be set up through that? I stopped using IM because idiots that I rejected (!) from a personal ad I had online years ago would still IM me like two years later. Haha! Fucking pathetic.
Luiz, I know you have that unicorn pic, you sneaky bastard. Please send it to me. :p
FreAk, you rock. I'm waiting for a Louis Vuitton Murakami version of the logo. It's my favorite! :)
One more thing, then I promise I'll shut up. If any of you didn't take the time to look at Robert's art work when he posted the link to his site a couple weeks ago, you really should. Take a few minutes and look at everything. His stuff is awesome!

Well i think it would be pretty cool if you were to get out the recorded and capture something for this song.

Hey Dave thanks for asking my previous questions its not everyday one of you favorite celebs takes the time to get up close and personal with their fans. I was just wondering when you are coming to Toronto next. Everytime Janes come to town I always find out about it too late and miss it. And one more thing I know this is a longshot but can you set some backstage passes aside for regulars of this site it would be like a dream to meet you guys and I would be willing to pay for the pass too.
Posted by: Pinhead at August 4, 2004 08:43 AM
I read someone else post about trying to break into the acting industry and that reminded me of a funny story about something Carmen was involved with. I am also an aspiring actor trying to break into the entertainment biz mainly through independent films and doing background work for movies and T/V shows. I got a call once to fill in as an audience member for something called the Naked Womens Wrestling League in Toronto that Carmen was somehow involved with she wasn't there of course cuz I think her scenes were filmed in L.A. I guess I am not the most popular person among alot the other wannabe actors because I have...how do I put this..gathered a certain amount of fame for things I would prefer not to talk about. So some asshole goes up to the producer or director or whoever the fuck he was an tells him I was out getting "High" in the parking lot which of course I wasn't. He comes up to me and tries to kick me of the set so I get in a argument with this fucking guy and start fighting with him and he gets close enough to me to....SMELL THE ALCOHOL ON MY BREATH! So I end up getting kicked off the set anyways and don't even get the chance to see any naked women wrestle...Kind of ironic don't you think. LOL
Laters,
